Hidden fees and unprofesisonalism Thought I'd give this dealer a second chance after a negative first experience and boy was it a mistake. Not only are there $3000+ of "fees" ON top of the price of the car, but the sales person was extremely unprofessional scribbling quotes and notes on a torn up piece of paper with what looked like a crayola marker. They didn't have clear explanations for what the hidden fees covered and were unwilling to even negotiate down $100. A complete waste of time on everyone's end and a very bad experience BOTH times I went. More

Very happy new Genisis owner Prior to visiting Napleton Hyundri I checked the reviews for service and the dealer. I was in the middle East ,Bahrain, and researched vehicles for tw Prior to visiting Napleton Hyundri I checked the reviews for service and the dealer. I was in the middle East ,Bahrain, and researched vehicles for two months before I finally found what I really wanted the G 80 sport RED in color. My wife and I walked in the show room and no one rushed us yelling buy ! now. Patrick Green was standing at the reception area and asked if he could help us. Patrick was very calm and had an aura of trust and honesty. He is just a likeable friendly person. Told him what I was looking for and he advised that they have a white G 80 sport at the dealer and could have one sent from another dealer in red. I wanted a RED vehicle as I had served in the BIG RED ONE , First Infantry Division in Vietnam and always buy red vehicles. Patrick brought the white G 80 sport to the front and we went on a short test drive. OK I wanted the car in red. Rance Sinclair then assisted Patrick. I don't know where Napleton gets the sales staff but here again was a very professional calm friendly Human Being. No hard sell slimy sales person here. We sat down and talked deal. Both Patrick and Rance had the quality you find very seldom at a car dealership. They listen to the customer . We came to what we felt was a fair number. We were told all the special deductions, veteran and competitive vehicle ownership , that we could apply to the deal. They went to run the deal by management. Deal made. Next we met with the finance manager Shauna Welsh who did the hard part the paper work. She too was friendly and very professional and we felt very comfortable dealing with her. A gain no hard sell. No forced add ons. I asked for the extended warranty as I had purchased one on my last Napleton purchase a 2012 KIA . Deal complete. Happy new car owner. The next day went back to meet my new RED Genesis 2018 Sport. was very happy. Greeted by Patrick who had the vehicle in sparkling condition. What a great ride. Drove off , loved every thing about my car. A few days later went back to meet Anthony Carreras the sales and leasing consultant. Anthony's real tittle should be Hyundri and Genesis fanatic . He knows everything about the Genesis and is truly proud of what he sells to the public and has all the knowledge of the vehicle. The joy and pride in Genesis flows from every word and action he takes. He truly loves the " MONSTER " that I now owned. He helped to set up the online Genesis program.. He sat in the vehicle and went over a truly amazing technical marvel, or Monster as Anthony calls the Genesis. We went on a test drive and he set up every thing possible to made my ride perfect. Drove off a happy new Genesis owner but it gona take some hard study to learn everything my MONSTER can do. I would like to thank Hyundri for creating the Genesis. I would like to thank and commend Napleton for the outstanding sale staff and finance staff. Patrick is a student at Fla A&M and will be a great psychiatrist with his calm friendly manner. Rance should be in management to train sales persons the correct way to interact with people and made sales. Shauna enjoys helping get the deal through and people in the car they want. Anthony is an asset to both Hyundri and Napleton and especially Genesis as he truly is proud of what he sells. More
HORRIBLE SERVICE- DISHONEST SALES STAFF HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Non-existent, really. I spent over an hour trying to get a simple question answered. I was HUNG UP ON 11 times. Not even a HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Non-existent, really. I spent over an hour trying to get a simple question answered. I was HUNG UP ON 11 times. Not even a hello. Just the sound of the phone being picked up and then hung up. I thought maybe the dealership was on fire or something. The 6 times when the phone was actually answered, I was transferred, then disconnected each time. After longer than an hour of this frustration, I finally decided to call North Palm Hyundai and my call was taken care of immediately. West Palm Hyundai has lost my business for good. I would give zero stars if possible. On top of all of this, when I bought the car, I was conned into signing up for a bunch of 'extras' that bumped the final sale price up about $6-7K. It took me about a month to sort it all out and I still ended up paying more than was originally agreed upon. My dad was ready to blow his top with the salesperson and the finance guy. Bad management, shady dealings, and bad customer service. They should all be ashamed of themselves. Ed Napleton will definitely be getting a letter from me. More
