Excellent eexperience I was greeted immediately as I entered. Kyle had cars lined up for me to look at and test drive. He sat down with me and went over car options and wha I was greeted immediately as I entered. Kyle had cars lined up for me to look at and test drive. He sat down with me and went over car options and what each package was. He was able to locate the interior and exterior color I wanted. Kept me in the loop on when the car would arrive. Shauna made the finance part so easy. Explained the different options I could add and why certain things were recommended. I had a wonderful experience there. More

GREAT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE! I wanted to find out about trading in my 2013 Hyundai Elantra for a new 2017 Hyundai so I went into the Napleton showroom while I was waiting for my c I wanted to find out about trading in my 2013 Hyundai Elantra for a new 2017 Hyundai so I went into the Napleton showroom while I was waiting for my car to be serviced. I was greeted by a terrific salesman named Manny who was very helpful and not at all pushy. ( I do not like pushy sales people and I would have left had he been one of them). I told him what my goal was and that was to get a good trade in price for my car, then buy a NEW car that was within my budget. I went for a test drive with a brand new 2017 Hyundai Accent and liked it very much. I went back to the showroom to talk numbers and then met with Lynn who was the manager. She offered me an excellent trade in price but I told her that I needed to go home and sleep on it because I did not want to be impulsive. Lynn was terrific too and understood my needs and was not pushy either. Well after thinking it over I decided to go back to the dealership and go over a few things with them. I decided to go through with the purchase and then met with Lou in finance. The transition went smoothly and I couldn't be happier with the WONDERFUl service I received from everyone I dealt with. Making a major purchase can be stressful but this went well. I love my car! I will definitely recommend your dealership to my friends. Thanks everyone Rita Scupp More
