Nick went out of his way to get me a great deal Just wanted to rave about my favorite car salesman at West Palm Napleton Hyundai, 'Big' Nick Khaytin! Nick went out of his way to get me a great deal on a 2018 Elantra and made me a Hyundai owner for life!!! Unlike most car salemen, Nick does not use high pressure techniques and really listens to his customers needs. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Nick in less than a month (the first was a Tucson for my daughter) and we couldn't be more pleased. Thanks Nick for making it happen! More

Service I brought in my 2013 Veloster for repair on 2 issues that should have been covered under my extended warrantee that I purchased when I bought the car. The clock did not work and there was a "crunching" noise coming from the front of the hood. They called the policy holder (which I found out wasn't Hyundai) to replace my radio (that controls the clock). When they came to inspect the car, my service rep was out that day and no one knew what was going on with my car, so they claim was denied. The company refused to come back and look at my car again and the dealer would do nothing about it. When I called Hyundai Corporate, they called Geo, my service rep. several times, who never returned their call. They also refused to repair the crunching sound, misdiagnosing it completely! I tried to call the General manager of the Dealership and the Service Manager at least six times and no one ever called me back! DO NOT GO THERE! More

Outstanding service representative. I don’t usually go to the trouble of sitting down and write reviews but, since I am quick to speak out about bad service, its only fair to recognize a I don’t usually go to the trouble of sitting down and write reviews but, since I am quick to speak out about bad service, its only fair to recognize and commend excellent service. My wife and daughter brought my daughters car in for A/C repairs and “Armand” our service representative went way above and beyond. I have a hard time with trust in regards to car repairs, so its usually me that brings our cars for servicing.Too many times women I know have been taken advantage of and spent money on unnecessary repairs, but not this time. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that Armand took it upon himself to check about any factory warranties that might apply to this repair and low and behold some expenses were covered. Our car was repaired quickly and correctly. Armand was a true professional and gentlemen throughout the time my wife and daughters visit. As a husband and father, that is something that goes a long way in my book. I only hope that Napleton Hyundai takes time to read these reviews and recognize an outstanding employee. Thanks, Armand! We will be back again and you can be assured that your name will be requested for any future services that we may need. More
Deceptive sales practices and poor customer service. Very disappointed with my interactions with this dealership. First it started with my call. The first two calls I was disconnect after being put on ho Very disappointed with my interactions with this dealership. First it started with my call. The first two calls I was disconnect after being put on hold and the third time I was on hold for 15 minutes. Nick, who I finally got to speak to, who was extremely nice, did not know too much about the car, the package, and the fees. He wanted me to come to the dealership and said they would not lose a deal over price. He found out the information and got back to me. The next issue was the price of the car I was told a different amounts than what was listed on Autotrader and on their website. The next issue came when they wanted to charge a fee for the car being CERTIFIED. They wanted to charge $1,895. I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS EVER BEFORE. I have bought several cars that were certified and never had an extra charge. They call it a Reconditioning cost will be added to the sales price. I called several other Hyundai dealerships in the state and they had never heard of that either. THIS IS CRAZY. I told Nick I need to think about this and to have the Manager call me back at 7:30 after my meeting. I ended up calling them back three times that night. Each time the phone kept ringing and then finally hung up. The manager called me back the next day after I left a message on Nick's cell phone. The call did not go well. He could not explain the benefit I am getting by paying the reconditioning fee and for the car being certified. Every Hyundai has a 60,000 BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty. There was only 14,000 miles on the 2015 Hyundai. I made an offer but did not want to pay the reconditioning FEE. He said I was my offer was INSULTING. I said make a counter offer. He said he did not want to make a counter offer because it would insult me and that we should end the call now. WOW. I just wish I remembered the so called Managers name. More

Dishonesty. I was told the car was new and it was’nt—it was a demonstrator. They get away with this because if a car hasn’t been titled they can say it’s new. They must have a lobbyist more powerful that the NRA. If you’re thinking of this dealership you should think about it again and again. Honesty isn’t their best policy. I had to pay to have the car cleaned of scuff marks all over including the upholstery and scratches removed. There was 750 miles on the odometer. When I questioned the salesman, his answer was all new cars have miles on them. They put on the paperwork that the car had 499 miles on it when in fact there was 750 miles. They also charged all that they could think of on the details in the paperwork and hustled quick signatures on all. You need to take a lawyer with you if you’re set on going there. Arnold Barad More
