I have been going to Napleton's (2301 Okeechobee) for the past four years. I plan to continue to do so in the future! I must say that I have always had a good experience; the customer service is excellent an past four years. I plan to continue to do so in the future! Although this last time (10/2/2024) I took my car in just for routine maintenance and here it was again: Roman Andreiw took care of it in record time, but that's not all. This time the experience was even better: Richard offered me a delicious cup of coffee and explained how and when the general service on my 2024 Kona should be done. He always makes sure to give you a warm hello and goodbye. I've said it before and I stand by it: I can't recommend them enough! Don't forget to ask for Roman Andreiw! (Not for the delicious cup of coffee, but for his willingness to do things the right way and with the customer in mind). Also, this time I went to see the Director of Service, Rudy Rodriguez, to thank him for keeping such a nice and knowledgeable team at this dealership, especially ROMAN ANDREIW. Highly recommended! Don't ever go to this dealership. A few months ago i had an appointment for a oil change and after 4 hours it still was not done. Then last week i went to buy or lease a new car after the salesperson Gregg kept calling me and sain in a text message that he could get me into a new car for $500 a month because its the end of the month and they need to move these cars. When i got there the payment became almost $800 am month. There were people in front of me with another salesman who wanted to buy 2 cars and the salesman wanted there License before he would give them a price and so they walked out and the salesman was cursing about them after they walked out that he spent 2 hours with them. This is what happens when you are on commission and he should never curse any one out. More

Despite the high volume of cars they were servicing non-stop, Mr. Diaz consistently kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. I visited the dealership to address an extended warranty issue and witnessed their busy operations. I want to highlight Mr. Diaz as an exceptional service person. He consistently exhibited a positive attitude, professionalism, and friendliness, even amidst a hectic schedule. He went above and beyond to resolve the problem with my extended warranty and efficiently handled the matter. This contrasts with my past negative experiences with dealership repairs, making this time with Mr. Diaz a truly positive one. Thank you, Mr. Diaz! More
