Service Advisor Johnathon Fiermonti is an asset to the Napleton team. He is very polite and professional. John took the time to answer all my questions and even offered some very helpful suggestions. Ulti Napleton team. He is very polite and professional. John took the time to answer all my questions and even offered some very helpful suggestions. Ultimately, my car was completed in less time than I thought it would take, despite the shop being so busy that day. I would definitely recommend Napleton in Sanford to anyone. More
My wife and I went to Napleton VW in Sanford Fl to look at a 2003 Nissan Murano. We arrived and spoke to the salesman, took the car for a test drive and everything was going fine. My wife really likes this at a 2003 Nissan Murano. We arrived and spoke to the salesman, took the car for a test drive and everything was going fine. My wife really likes this car and we intended to purchase it that day,and were paying cash, after talking to the salesman he went to talk to the sales manager. I told him I was not going to play his game with going back and forth with the price & to just get the best price right away or we would walk. --This is where thing went south---He comes back with the price--Now the car was advertised for $24,000. all of a sudden there is another $1750. added when I ask what this is for he says this is for the new tires, brake rotors & brake pads----This car had 13,000 miles--( there is no way it needed pads & rotors & likely not tires) -I seriously doubt they did any of this work. --I told the salesman that this should be included in the advertised price, --I was told no this is additional--B/S--Then there were dealer fee's over $1800. plus tax, tag, etc. By the time it was done the price had now jumped to $29,995--Thank you but No thanks--This is false advertising & a flim flam game. -- So We walked--I found a better one at another dealership without the bait & switch tactics that Napleton VW attempted. Guys there are plenty of places where you can purchase a car, there is no shortage of good used cars available for sale, Dont let yourself get scammed by a dishonest sales staff or dealership. --Beware-- If I could give a lower rating to Napleton VW in Sanford Fl. I would. --Dont walk--Run away from this dealership. --I even own a VW and I would never go back to Napleton VW. More

What u see is what y get with this dealership. Absolutely no frills they don’t even clean the inside of there cars/trucks!! Pretty deceving place in that u make an appointment to see a vehicle u Absolutely no frills they don’t even clean the inside of there cars/trucks!! Pretty deceving place in that u make an appointment to see a vehicle u get checked in & the salesman/ mgr (Nick) even says hi & shakes ur hand but that’s as far as the professionalism goes for this place. My husband & I both felt that our salesman JT although he was courteous -really didn’t do a good job of selling us the truck we picked out. Also spent time in the customer lounge def could use a through cleaning.! More

My visit on 07/16/2024 to VW of Sanford was very good the salesman was very kind and helpful they did do everything they could to help me, which I really appreciated and I am thankful, we had agreed on a dea salesman was very kind and helpful they did do everything they could to help me, which I really appreciated and I am thankful, we had agreed on a deal which I was happy with, well while they were doing the paperwork I had told them I was going home to get the title and the 2nd key. Well when I was on my way back they salesman Tiago had texted me saying I had disappeared without telling me and If didn’t want to buy the car I didn’t have to do that, I was like sir you have my id and I had said to team mate I was going home, I think it was very rude to said that when I had already agreed to our deal he even said he had not been rude well you were just saying I left without telling you to but purchase the car which that was not the case. Very poor customer service. More
As a revision after posting and speaking to management (thank you Felicia), we have come to a satisfying agreement. They were very apologetic and worked with me to resolve the issue. It was a pleasant and (thank you Felicia), we have come to a satisfying agreement. They were very apologetic and worked with me to resolve the issue. It was a pleasant and understanding transaction that you would not expect from a dealership. Problems do occur and if you are patient and understanding you can see that in others as well. Resolving a matter is one thing but accepting responsibility and owning it is highly admirable. Thank you Napleton VW. Respect. More
I bought a Tesla Model 3 here regrettably; the experience was not great. I had to resign the agreements three times due to mistakes made by the dealership. They attempted to sell the car without the mobil was not great. I had to resign the agreements three times due to mistakes made by the dealership. They attempted to sell the car without the mobile charger included, Telling me it is “slow”, well guess what it’s pretty necessary when you have no other option. Additionally, the brand-new cars on the lot appeared poorly maintained, covered in dust. If I were VW corporate, I would be quite disappointed in the presentation. The windows in the dealership also look horrible, with marks and are dirty. Getting my license plate and registration took an exorbitant amount of time, despite multiple calls where I was repeatedly told they didn't have my plate, given no timeline or when to expect it. Contacting their office was nearly impossible, with long wait times on the phone. They emphasized using your own phone as the key, but the key card was still necessary and is always the primary method, on a Tesla. You can’t setup the phone key without first having the key card. The key card they gave me was heavily deformed and just felt horrible, they have no pride. They failed to disclose significant damage, including a major dent in the rocker panel, strategically parking the car to hide it multiple times. Their pricing error amounted to a $2k mistake, necessitating further resignations of agreements. I was even questioned about my choice of a Tesla, which felt unnecessary. To top it off, they called me about an oil change for a Tesla, an EV which tells you about their poor organization and records, post-purchase. What is the point of their 'required inspection' if they inspect nothing and inform you of nothing? Dealer fees and inspections were charged without informing me of significant issues like the hidden dent, bad wheel bearing, and a faulty lower lateral link—none covered by the Manufacturer warranty due to the initial dent in the car.
