We were planning to purchase a new 2023 Tiguan. After conducting online research, we went to a VW dealership (NOT Napleton) where the salesman gave me the runaround. My wife and I left the dealership immediately and drove to Napleton. Unlike our experience at the first dealership, our experience at Napleton was easy and enjoyable. Our salesman, France Charles, was knowledgeable and friendly. He didn't jerk us around like the salesman at the first dealership. He quoted us a fair price for the new Tiguan and gave us fair value for our trade-in. Nobody at the dealership tried to play games. Instead, they treated us with dignity, respect and courtesy. I highly recommend France Charles and Napleton VW. More
