My “low tire” sensor went on for my rear passenger tire. I went to Napleton’s Valley Service in Aurora and I was told that the tire had sidewall damage and was NOT repairable. The Service Rep told me repl I went to Napleton’s Valley Service in Aurora and I was told that the tire had sidewall damage and was NOT repairable. The Service Rep told me replacing the tire would cost about $380. Since they did not have the tire I needed I asked that they just put air in to get me home and I would call when I was ready to order the tire I they said I needed. Upon returning home I decided to get the damage verified. I was blown away when the technician at the tire repair shop came back with my keys and said the tire was repaired! I DID NOT need a new tire . They removed a nail & screw and plugged the punctures that were NOT NEAR the sidewall. I believe that Napleton’s Valley Hyundai assumed that as a senior, female they had an “easy mark!” Once your integrity is lost, you also lose me as a customer!! Be forewarned!! More

I waited awhile before checking on my car. I felt Tom explained everything so clearly, respectfully,and very professional. He had already checked into a rental because my car couldn't be drive I felt Tom explained everything so clearly, respectfully,and very professional. The technician found I Also needed another serious part that could be repaired at the same time. I'm very grateful for this team of people. Great dervice. More
November 15, 2023 I took my car(2017 Hyundai Sonata) to Napleton/Valley Hyundai in Aurora IL. Per the service manger John(I think he was the manager) he was really nice professional and as far as I can tel Napleton/Valley Hyundai in Aurora IL. Per the service manger John(I think he was the manager) he was really nice professional and as far as I can tell tried to help me. The Hyundai had a recall on the engine up to I think John said 120,000 miles. My engine went out I had the car towed there it took them about a week or so to tell me that it was not covered under the warranty due to neglect. They ask me for maintenance receipts, and I stated I do not have maintenance receipts for every oil change b/c I did not know A) there was/or was going to be a recall and B) I didn't know it was necessary to keep oil change receipts, especially having the car already for 5 years. my first issue was it a recall or a warranty b/c to my understanding it was a recall which means that Hyundai already knows these engines are faulty in some regard. My second issue is how am I penalized for not have maintenance receipts for again something that Hyundai already knew was faulty and was going to be an issue in the near future. I feel was unjust and now they want me to pay $8000+ for a new engine. Again if it was a recall then it should have been just that and my engine should have been repaired per the recall. No negligence on my behalf, I did not buy this car brand new and I got oil changes very regularly. Again the services manager was very polite and professional and this review has no affect or bearing on him. Thank you More
Just wanted to thank Darek Kordes for great Service. Communication was great with me regarding my service appointment. When my quoted time frame was nearing, I was informed of a slight delay. Soon after Communication was great with me regarding my service appointment. When my quoted time frame was nearing, I was informed of a slight delay. Soon after, I Received my Multi point inspection report via a text on my phone and as I was reviewing the report moments later Darek was there going over everything. Thanks again. Great Job!!! More
