Had an amazing experience with the purchase of my GV80. When I scheduled my first oil change on the Genesis issued app…valet service. Even received notifications via email and text confirming. Forty five minutes after that I phoned the dealership… to learn that their dealership doesn’t recognize communication from the app. On one of my most recent service appointment. Oil change. Tire rotation. Took two hours. Seems like an extremely long wait time. My feeling is every time I have brought this vehicle in for some type of service…there is always an up sell…while I really like my GV80 I will seriously consider another dealership next time. More
Brought the car in for an A/C check, as it was blowing cool air, not cold. Lots of cars at check in meant a longer check in time, but not bad. My regular service advisor, Ron Stelle, saw to it that I was immediately taken care of. Initially given a wait time of 90 minutes, Ron was back to me in 20 minutes with the issue resolved. Service advisor, Eddie, was prompt in addressing the oil consumption issue my 2018 Sonata was facing. After all the tests engine replacement was approved and replaced.
