Previously with old management, I’d never recommend this place! Thank goodness Napleton now has a new service manager, Oscar. Definitely made changes and is a place where customers are taken care of. I was at the on Friday 11, 2020 for an alignment, GARBAGE! Lack of knowledge, the service rep (Jey Torres) was trying to overcharge me with some xx that they took long with my truck and that if the m GARBAGE! Lack of knowledge, the service rep (Jey Torres) was trying to overcharge me with some xx that they took long with my truck and that if the mechanic explained that to me and whatnot. I guess he forgot about that BIG window that they have in the back of the waiting area that allow you to see into the mechanic’s bay, I was there for about 3 1/2 hrs and 3/4 of that time my truck sat on the lift unattended. I track of the time, walked back and forth and even made back there to see what was taking so xxxx long, no one was working on my truck. Consumer be aware of this, this is a tactical thing used by some dealerships to charge extra to some customer that allowed. I put my front and told the service rep don’t play yourself, something that he didn’t like, he made a remark saying that I don’t come here to play blah blah. Bottom line he wanted to overcharge me. I have custom wheels and suspension on my truck but I guess this is beyond the mechanics knowledge, unless your ride is stock, do not bring your vehicle here. Money wasted. $141.00 More

Took my car in from a 45 min drive with some issues after changing my battery. My car had working Ac and was running fine. They gave it back where I couldn't drive 20 min without it overheating and leaving me stranded. Also no working AC. They want to charge $360 dólares to fix that issue. What about the issues I took it n for in the first place? They did something to the car and will not own up to it. Steer clear of this dealer! Then to top it off they want to sell me another car..... the nerve of these people. More
So what a difference a year makes!! I was treated like a king when they wanted me my money while selling me a brand new Charger 392. But as soon as it was time for minor repairs like a $20 undercarriage fla king when they wanted me my money while selling me a brand new Charger 392. But as soon as it was time for minor repairs like a $20 undercarriage flap, they didn't want to honor the extra warranty that I purchased just to protect myself from extra little costs! The gutless service manager has a nerve to tell me that even though it's on outside of my car is not considered external" I'm looking at him like, dude are you serious"? They tell me, oh it's $150 for that little flap under the car. I say fine go ahead and change my oil, filter, rotate tires ect.. all should be covered! I go ahead and have them do an alignment and show up the next day to a bill of $488.83! No lie... I had no heads up about the cost of anything. Not even a call from the service department to tell me that I would be charged for everything because they're not covering it under my warranty. I mean $50 for an air filter?? Then I get the car back and wonder why I hear ground noise, I go and check before I wash the car and they left 3 screws off of the undercarriage. It's letting in air and water. Smh... that's not all, they left black brake paint or undercarriage paint sprayed all over the bottom and sides of my passenger side door. I kid you not! I called these cowards and got transferred to the service managers voice-mail... of course he didn't call back. I'll never show my face there again and will post this story in every review forum possible! Good luck with that unorganized service department More

Only Susan from Service was friendly. I needed just a rear windshield wiper blade. I called ahead of time to ensure they had it. I wanted assistance to make sure I don’t break the entire arm off or somet rear windshield wiper blade. I called ahead of time to ensure they had it. I wanted assistance to make sure I don’t break the entire arm off or something, so they transferred me to Susan after confirming they had the part. She was so kind and helpful. She walked me over to the parts department, and the gentleman there was SO RUDE. I will never by a part from this location. Not only did he tell me the wrong product and price, he also rudely told me we didn’t have it. I said I talked to someone on the phone stating that you did, he walked in the back and just sat at the computer, never made eye contact with me again. Another man comes out with the product that was in stock. To make Matters worse, there was a female working in the parts that had her mask on, but I could see her entire nose and mouth so she wasn’t wearing it correctly and was within 6 feet of me. I felt so uncomfortable. If it weren’t for Susan and the kind gentleman that put the blade on my car, I would have just left. I already had a horrible experience purchasing my car from this dealership and now to go through this to get a windshield wiper blade, I won’t be back. More
