This is the second time we take our Jeep Wrangler Sahara This is the second time we take our Jeep Wrangler Sahara in for service. Both times have been unpleasant. They keep the car for a few days promising it’ll be ready “tomorrow” they don’t communicate to let you know what’s going on with your vehicle. Also they don’t even provide a rental when you leave your vehicle for multiple days because they can’t get their service information in order. My husband missed work Thursday and Friday because him and I work in opposite directions. We’re very unhappy! Our Jeep has been there for 5 days and counting! You call them and it takes a few tries just to speak with a service person. After this experience we will find another dealership for our services. More

My Town & Country minivan has been out of service for more than 4 weeks. I can't get my vehicle repaired Because of the Mopar extended warranty. I haven't heard from the service advisor I've called Mopa more than 4 weeks. I can't get my vehicle repaired Because of the Mopar extended warranty. I haven't heard from the service advisor I've called Mopar there refusing to repair my vehicle. I feel like the dealership and the extended warranty company are playing the blaming game. No one has followed up im sitting here waiting to try to get my vehicle repaired it seems like no cares. I'm told my repair is covered but to complete the process of repairing the vehicle there asking me to pay for part of the service How can something that is covered on their extended warranty be asked of a customer to pay part of the service to fix the vehicle. I would think that the dealership would work harder to get my vehicle fixed to keep me as a happy customer right now and not very happy with the situation from the process of writing to Mopar Chrysler and dealership napleton. Waiting more than 4 weeks to have this resolved is ridiculous. More

The worst service that a dealer can have, in addition to bad service, they charge whatever they want. Response I received from the supervisor or manager when claiming an unfair amount charged, I took my veh bad service, they charge whatever they want. Response I received from the supervisor or manager when claiming an unfair amount charged, I took my vehicle for transmission problems and air bag I asked for a diagnosis which is a global amount and in the end they charged me for each diagnosis I believe and think that an abuse when they are making a diagnosis in general is unfair the individual charge when complaining they contacted the service supervisor at that time and that was their response when claiming that they could not charge for two diagnoses and his response was who told you we charge what we want, his response was excellent. More

Napleton jeep I know your young social media savvy, "content manager" will be reading this shortly, and I am glad! because I would like to know why after having the simple fuel pump relay and alternator recalls serviced at your dealership my jeep no longer runs, and why after I pay $189 diagnostic fee your service manager tells me its because the starter is bad, but then why after I take it to another mechanic they state the starter is good and its the ALTERNATOR your dealership not only put in incorrectly, but knowingly hooked the engine up solely to the battery power which could have STARTED THE JEEP ON FIRE if driven, not to mention the absolute crap job done on my jeep, I mean things weren't even done!! I also would like to know why your service manager thinks its a good idea to tell me he will "work on price" with me when ITS UNDER WARRANTY and it is your dealerships mistake. I would mostly like not only for my jeep to be back in running working order AS IT WAS WHEN I BROUGHT IT TO YOU, but I am extremely curious to know who trains your service manager in customer service as well, considering he is not only arrogant, but he is argumentative and nasty when I simply would like rectified what went wrong. I am more than displeased and will continue to follow up till this is made right. OSCAR PLATT is the worst service manager there is, he truly should not be allowed to be not only in a place of power, but nor should he be in a position to even handle the general public with how he believes he can treat others.
