I recently brought may car in for service. Usually the car started on the press of the start button but it was requiring me to hold it in to start. But it was starting. The troubleshooting is the buy the $450 start switch and see if that works. But it hasn't shown up. And there is no communication. Yesterday I walked down to ask about status and was told they were waiting for approval to buy the switch. However, no one had asked for approval. I expect it would have sat there forever had I not arrived or at least until someone wondered what that Chrysler 200 was doing sitting there in the maintenance shop. I have had this problem continuously at this dealership. Usually it is after it is fixed and no one calling me to tell me it's ready. They have fixed punctured tires and performed routine service adequately but the lack of communication and shotgun troubleshooting means I cannot recommend this dealership for repairs beyond bodywork. Even if they fix your problem it is going to be outrageously expensive. They don't seem to know how to use a meter. More
So after coming in for services for my vehicles n then working for the company I came to realized how bad n disrespectful Oscar the manager can be .. for a whole month I'm been trying to get car in for wa working for the company I came to realized how bad n disrespectful Oscar the manager can be .. for a whole month I'm been trying to get car in for warranty work n I was denied but I was able to work on customer cars n do people warranty.. but when it came to getting my warranty done I wasn't able to even get my own done I had 2 RO'S TICKET MADE FOR MY VEHICLE .. the 1 ro ticket was closed for no reason or explaination n then my 2nd ro ticket was closed as no work done as well !! So OSCAR THE MANAGER CLOSED MY WORK N COULDNT GET MY WARRANTY WORK .. but it was okay when I was bring my other 3 vehicles in for cash work n that could be done so its okay to take my money from me but I haven't able to get my warranty done so I quit the job !!! Never had a disrespectful manager ever in my life n then his always to busy you could barely talk to him only when he needs you his available.. he will tell everybody his busy when his always in his office sitting down looking busy! I got played he made promises he can't fulfill n was not okay with that !! I will not be bringing any of my vehicles back to this place specially when he dennied to do any of my warranty work More

people beware of this dealership. They will tell you something to your face and when you call them out on it they will lie thru their teeth. I don't understand how a dealership still be in business wit something to your face and when you call them out on it they will lie thru their teeth. I don't understand how a dealership still be in business with customer service in the toilet. They had my vehicle for 6 days and could not find the problem the service manager looked at it and in an hour knew what the problem was. Needless to say the service adviser either did not look at the car for the 3 days they had prior to the weekend. Communication there is non existent. They will lie to your face and if have something in writing from them they will not honor that either. They will renig (go back on their word). I am glad to have my car back and will take it somewhere else. There warranty they have sucks big time. We dealt with the general manager before via email they don’t care. More

My mother who is 78 years old had to have her Van towed to them to have it fixed it's a 2015 Dodge caravan. It has 30000 miles on it. They took it in and did some testing and caught the car on fire. They ordered the parts said it was fixed after having the car for 3 weeks she got it back. It's doing the same exact thing and not running she called and asked them to come pick it up and give her a loaner car they said there is no warranty on the card so they would not give her a loaner car. So now she is stranded once again without a vehicle and shoddy service work and no one will take care of anything I don't know how they have such a high rating this is our 1st and last experience with them More
