I received a voucher in the mail recently and decided to stop in at Napleton to ask how it worked. I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Marty Weir, he gladly explained how the voucher worked and even stop in at Napleton to ask how it worked. Beth did everything she could to find us the part we needed. She was very descriptive over the phone but we drove over to make sure we were both on the same page. We had to order the part but since it was a special order she went above and beyond to make sure that it was the correct part before she ordered it because they have a no refund policy on special order parts. FYI, I think this policy should be changed because it's not the fault of the customer if the part doesn't fit. All we can do is give you the information and it's your job to find us the right part. I think Beth was great, we are just waiting on out part to come in this afternoon so we can get back on the road again. More
My wife has taken our 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee in many times for various service needed and we've worked with many different service reps. All the service reps at this location are knowledgeable and frien times for various service needed and we've worked with many different service reps. All the service reps at this location are knowledgeable and friendly but one stands out above the others when it comes to customer service. Kevin Palomares always goes above and beyond to insure that we are well taken care of and his level of customer service is consistent. We've never had an encounter with Kevin that wasn't 5 stars. He is definitely an asset to this dealership. We expect to pay a little more for service when taking our vehicle to the dealership but it's worth it for the expertise their technicians have and Kevin adds to the value with his exceptional customer service every time. He is a very honest representative of the service department. More
Bobby Barnett was my service advisor. I had a cruise control problem with my 2006 Sebring. It was misdiagnosed by a chain service company and another Chrysler dealership. The auto repair replaced a se control problem with my 2006 Sebring. It was misdiagnosed by a chain service company and another Chrysler dealership. The auto repair replaced a servo. The problem was not fixed. The other dealership changed a pcm for $700. The problem persisted. I came to Napleton and they correctly diagnosed the problem I was having. My main commendation goes to Bobby. He took a great deal of time researching the previous misdiagnosis from the other dealership. In addition, he was extremely knowledgeable and informed me that I should not have been charged for the pcm. It is covered under the Federal Emissions Warranty. He gave me the paperwork and information to go back to the original dealership and get that money refunded. I have never worked with someone so helpful and thorough. I will definitely take all of my maintenance issues to Napleton Chrysler and work with Bobby. I wish there were more people in the automotive business that are as dedicated to the customer as he is! I wish to thank Luis Pedroza and Arsenio Quintero for assisting me with my 2004 PT Cruiser. I bought the car in to see why my engine light came on after having purchased the car three months ago from ano assisting me with my 2004 PT Cruiser. I bought the car in to see why my engine light came on after having purchased the car three months ago from another used car dealership. From the moment I arrived the staff greeted me in one way or another. From giving me direction to the service department or just in passing. Luis in the service department,took my car immediately to be looked at. He came back with a report that my camshaft senor was bad and in much need of repair. I knew taking a car to a dealership the price was not going to be cheap. They did replace my camshaft sensor and the engine light out. But the next day it came back on, I was so upset I wanted to cry. The car wanted to cutoff at times. I had to make another trip back, but in order for the car to be thoroughly checked. This time Mr. Arsenio Quintero took my car and said they needed the car most of the day to really get to the bottom of the problem. I didn't mind so much but I didn't have a way to get back in time to pick the car up by closing. Mr. Quintero told me not to worry he would deliver my car to me. It was a relief to me because I'd been stress over this whole business with my PT Cruiser. The mechanic did a beautiful job on repairing my car it runs like brand new. I waited a few days before posting my review to make sure there were no more problems with my car. Guys you did a great job. Your showroom is beautiful and clean as well.
