Mandy my service advisor was amazing. The dealership itself is OK I have had multiple issues with them previously, but this visit was much better. I was having issues with some thing covered under my extended warranty but a diagnostic test usually at least a 2 to 3 day turnaround time was needed first . She heard my concerns and genuinely cared. She did everything in her power to help me and ensure my car was back to me ASAP. I hope she stays for a while because I am considering keeping my oil changes through the dealership instead of my local shop. Thank you, Mandy! More

STAY AWAY! I had previous problems and headaches with dealer in the past. I Was told they would call me back the following day. 2 days past and never received a call! I tried calling and also request to speak with management but was placed to voice messages.I drove back today and demanded my truck back because of poor service. Funny how an employee outside told me, this is the worst dodge dealership in FL. Took my Ram to Central FL Dodge who insured me their customer service and work is by far better than napleton who get many unsatisfied customers. More
