HORRIBLE customer service on the phone! !! I called at 9:19am on Friday 5/27/2022, in possible need of scheduling a service appointment. The person answering told me no one was available t !! No One call me back…. I just called several times now, only to be hung up on or immediately put on hold as they recognized my number. I called from a different number and they answered rather than put me on hold. One of the calls they screamed in the background “stop calling back!” I even asked to speak to manager and one days “he wants to speak to a manager” so then they jus transferred me to Sales Dept and the gentleman that answered responds “oh they transferred you to the wrong department” I will never purchase or get a vehicle serviced here! Stay away! So unprofessional More
Horrible car services the mechanic have no idea what is going on with your vehicle I took my car in 5 days after purchasing it spoke with the sales persons and service dept advised them the car was shakin going on with your vehicle I took my car in 5 days after purchasing it spoke with the sales persons and service dept advised them the car was shaking and turn on the engine light. Waited a week to get in to be seen the vehicle had a transmission leak, thermostats went bad and shook horrible. The thermostat was replaced and I was told nothing was wrong with the transmission but I would have to wait 30 days to use the warranty on the vehicle. I waited since I had to get my oils changed around the same time I call and get told 2 weeks out for an appointment I take the vehicle in with a diagnostic of bad motor and transmission mounts which caused the problem. Was told the problem was a cabin air filter. I showed the mechanic where the issue was and what it needed it is still in their shop trying to get fixed the photos that the technician send to my phone clearly show bad mount that’s have nothing to do with a cabin filter they are horrible take your business somewhere else More

They told me not to use this Kissimmee location for the large amount of issues they receive. Straight from the top. Drive farther for a different location. They also fake reviews on google. Every time they get 1 star reviews they have fake accounts leave reviews that are the same wording. Horrible place. Hope this helps save someone’s car! More

We were in Florida on vacation and our Jeep got a flat tire on the way to Disney. We called the dealership and spoke to Jay and he was amazing!! He found he tire in their stock, and let us drop off the d tire on the way to Disney. We called the dealership and spoke to Jay and he was amazing!! He found he tire in their stock, and let us drop off the damaged tire. While we spent the day in Disney they took care of putting the new tire on the rim and mounted the tire for us when we brought the Jeep back. Jay took a horrible experience and made the process so easy. We cannot recommend this dealership enough. They took care of us and allowed us to enjoy our day in Disney. More
DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FRIM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Salesman Carlos was not honest about any part of the deal. I went in to buy a NEW vehicle. The paper work I signed indicated there was 36 miles on the vehicl Carlos was not honest about any part of the deal. I went in to buy a NEW vehicle. The paper work I signed indicated there was 36 miles on the vehicle. Cash deal and I was still there 4 1/2 hours doing paperwork!!!! Carlos never offered me to see the vehicle I was purchasing but that is also my fault I didn’t ask. I left the dealership at 12:45 and was told to come back at 3pm and it would be ready. Yup you got it not ready and had to wait another 1 1/2 hours. Finally in the vehicle and driving off… I looked at the mileage and it was not 36 miles like the paperwork I signed but 1500 miles. Friday morning I had to go pick up the other key because they said it had to be programmed… Get there they need the car to program the key. Ok. I went and confronted my salesman Carlos about the mileage on the vehicle. At that point he decided to tell me the car was a demo. NEVER once during the buying and signing the paperwork was I told I was buying a demo. No book with the vehicle. Carlos said he would bring the book to my house around noon on Friday 2/11. STILL WAITING!!! Not even a phone call. This was the WORST car buying experience I have EVER had and I am 79. More
