I wish to thank Luis Pedroza and Arsenio Quintero for assisting me with my 2004 PT Cruiser. I bought the car in to see why my engine light came on after having purchased the car three months ago from ano assisting me with my 2004 PT Cruiser. I bought the car in to see why my engine light came on after having purchased the car three months ago from another used car dealership. From the moment I arrived the staff greeted me in one way or another. From giving me direction to the service department or just in passing. Luis in the service department,took my car immediately to be looked at. He came back with a report that my camshaft senor was bad and in much need of repair. I knew taking a car to a dealership the price was not going to be cheap. They did replace my camshaft sensor and the engine light out. But the next day it came back on, I was so upset I wanted to cry. The car wanted to cutoff at times. I had to make another trip back, but in order for the car to be thoroughly checked. This time Mr. Arsenio Quintero took my car and said they needed the car most of the day to really get to the bottom of the problem. I didn't mind so much but I didn't have a way to get back in time to pick the car up by closing. Mr. Quintero told me not to worry he would deliver my car to me. It was a relief to me because I'd been stress over this whole business with my PT Cruiser. The mechanic did a beautiful job on repairing my car it runs like brand new. I waited a few days before posting my review to make sure there were no more problems with my car. Guys you did a great job. Your showroom is beautiful and clean as well. I had made arrangements ahead of time with Roxanna to test drive a specific vehicle at a specific time on a specific day as I was flying in from out of town. When I arrived at the dealership the salesman I was told by Roxanna to ask for was not working that evening, so I ended up with Sal. I explained everything to Sal and he assured me "no problem" and went to look for the vehicle, a new 2012 Grand Cherokee Overland in gray. He came back and said it looks like it's been sold. OK, fine. As I attempted to leave, Sal wanted to check if perhaps the vehicle was not sold but rather at their sister delaership in another town. OK, fine. He came back and said yes, it was actually at the other dealership and offered another vehicle for me to test drive while someone went to get the original vehicle from the sister dealership. OK, fine. As he was off making these arrangements I was just not feeling good about this and decided that I would take my business elsewhere. I went to find Sal and let him know I was leaving and that is when he told me that indeed the vehicle I wanted had been sold. Then he wanted to know what it would take to buy this on here on the showroom floor. Wrong color, wrong options, he didn't care. I had no interest and left disgusted with car dealers. More

This was the worst dealership I have ever been to. We drove over an hour after speaking with them twice regarding a special that was aired on TV. The ad was a complete lie. Once we arrived, the vehicle was over double the price that was discussed over the phone just hours before. We were guaranteed that the advertised price did not include trade, cash down, or other incentives like military discounts. I have never been so mad trying to purchase anything. We walked out very shortly after our intelligence was insulted. We are educated, upper middle class, with perfect credit and treated like idiots. These people are jokers, and they think we are dumb consumers that they can take advantage of. Do not waste your time!!!!!!! More

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE Upon entering the showroom, we noticed that the Warranty for Life added $2,200 to the MSRP. Being 79 yrs. old why should we pay for that warranty. We had documentation printed from the dealers web site that had the adjusted internet price. That price was totally ignored. We also had the dealers Black Book market value coupon that states that if you present this coupon to the dealer, you will get full market value for your tradein. This was also ignored. After many hours of haggling, we were also told that there is a $899 dealer service charge. This is way above the charges that other dealers charge for the same service. The closer (we forgot his name) was very rude and pressure oriented. After purchasing new vehicles for many, many years, this was by far the worst encounter we have experienced at any dealership. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. The best part of this visit was the meeting of Billy Sosa, a new employee, who was very cordial and polite. More
