We originally had our Chrysler towed into the service department with oil pressure problems. While there my husband decided to look into a new vehicle. Seth was a great help. He was so friendly and personable, even joking around with my kids. He was very well informed on all of the features the car has, and there are a lot of them. We decided to buy the Dodge Durango Cicata and were at the dealership pretty late. Seth was such a trooper, keeping his energy up the whole time. I left to take the kids home while my husband wrapped things up. Once the deal was finished at 11:45 pm Seth drove my new car home, following my husband with Luis tagging behind. Even delivering the car to me at nearly midnight Seth and Luis were still all smiles. I really enjoyed the experience with them. Unfortunately the next morning we had a one in a million default with my new car and I had to return to the dealership for service. There Seth was ready to help and so apologetic for an issue that was to no fault of his own. He got me right in with a service tech and even stayed with me while waiting for any news on my car. I was so impressed with his dedication to providing that great customer service even after the sale. Even now I know I could call on him for anything else we may need. More
I went to Napleton in Kissimmee couple of days ago. I was greeted and helped by Fred Beralus. He seemed very concerned about why I needed a new car and help me find a car that fit into my budget and most of all my needs. Although, I couldn't buy a car right away due to my credit, I will definitely refer not only this dealership but Fred as well to my friends and family if ever needed a new/used car. I am currently working on my credit and I will be back to get my car within 2 to 3 months. More
Beth did everything she could to find us the part we needed. She was very descriptive over the phone but we drove over to make sure we were both on the same page. We had to order the part but since it was a special order she went above and beyond to make sure that it was the correct part before she ordered it because they have a no refund policy on special order parts. FYI, I think this policy should be changed because it's not the fault of the customer if the part doesn't fit. All we can do is give you the information and it's your job to find us the right part. I think Beth was great, we are just waiting on out part to come in this afternoon so we can get back on the road again. More
My wife has taken our 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee in many times for various service needed and we've worked with many different service reps. All the service reps at this location are knowledgeable and frien times for various service needed and we've worked with many different service reps. All the service reps at this location are knowledgeable and friendly but one stands out above the others when it comes to customer service. Kevin Palomares always goes above and beyond to insure that we are well taken care of and his level of customer service is consistent. We've never had an encounter with Kevin that wasn't 5 stars. He is definitely an asset to this dealership. We expect to pay a little more for service when taking our vehicle to the dealership but it's worth it for the expertise their technicians have and Kevin adds to the value with his exceptional customer service every time. He is a very honest representative of the service department. More
I didn't know when we walked in the dealership that we would leave with a car. My husband is tough to deal with and Omar seemed to be the perfect man to talk with him. I inquired about an appraisail of my trade online and completed the online financing request. The response to both were quick and cordial. I then made an appointment to come in to the dealership. When I arrived, I was greeted enthusiastically by Fred Beralus and introduced to Alex Marron. Both were genuinley excited and started by asking what my main concerns were in shoppig for a new car. We then went to check out several types of vehicles and settled on a test drive of a Dodge Journey. Before the drive, Fred explained not only the convenience features, but also the saftey features. To a single woman, this is very important. When we arrived back from the test drive, the usual paperwork began. Throughout all, this was a pleasant and relatively painless process. When we hit a snag, Fred then suggested a used vehicle of the same type. We had to wait quite a while for the key to this vehicle to be brought back and this, I would say, was the only "downer" of the day. Fred made good use of the time, however, getting me through the financing process. Robert David in the finance department prepared things quickly, all the while being both positive and entertaining, while remaining professional. Everything was explained thoroughly. Fred all the while was working to get the vehicle keys and then getting it detailed after the test drive. This is the most positive experience I have had when purchasing a vehicle. Everyone, from the salesmen standing outside, to the cleaning woman inside, greeted me with courtesy and a smile. Confidence radiates in the employees at this dealership. I will surely be back when I need another vehicle! More
