STAY AWAY! I had previous problems and headaches with dealer in the past. Went back Oct 17 2022 because the front axle to my Ram 1500 which was installed 9 mont I had previous problems and headaches with dealer in the past. Went back Oct 17 2022 because the front axle to my Ram 1500 which was installed 9 months ago from napleton broke off and i figured this was their poor work. I Was told they would call me back the following day. 2 days past and never received a call! I tried calling and also request to speak with management but was placed to voice messages.I drove back today and demanded my truck back because of poor service. Funny how an employee outside told me, this is the worst dodge dealership in FL. Took my Ram to Central FL Dodge who insured me their customer service and work is by far better than napleton who get many unsatisfied customers. More
Went to service on Saturday for oil change made an appointment took 3 hours just for oil change but what really pissed me off was when I asked service writer if he could check my door panels is coming appointment took 3 hours just for oil change but what really pissed me off was when I asked service writer if he could check my door panels is coming apart on my 2019 dodge charger to check if my warranty would cover it 3 times I was cut off by saying no u have to call make apoint to diagnose and see if it covers it mind you i bought 3 vehicles from them u think they can just run vin number see if it covers it then schedule it but to upsell u they have time to check that I was going to do other stuff to the car there but was so pissed decided going elsewhere taking my business elsewhere won't buy from them again totally disappointed More
I have a 2021 RAM with 17,000 miles, the differential broke, I took it to the dealership to fix it, they asked 5 days later +5 then +5 then +5 and it's been 35 days since it's stopped and they don't fix broke, I took it to the dealership to fix it, they asked 5 days later +5 then +5 then +5 and it's been 35 days since it's stopped and they don't fix it! I'm absurd a commercial truck that has many running they don't have parts or they don't fix it because it's warranty. Super unhappy I will sell and buy another brand, I have 2 rams one 2021 and another 2022, never again More

Once again, my jeep was in the shop for 4 weeks, I did not get a loaner when my jeep was getting fixed, and the service manager acted like he was doing me a favor by not charging me for a loaner I did not get. The service department charged my extended warranty for a rental even though I did not get one. But the end of the story is that my jeep has broken parts under the hood, the engine makes a rattling sound that was not there before, and the hood, the fenders, and the inside were dirty. I suggest that next time Mr. Saunders, you, and your staff be more careful how you address your customers because Mr. Justin the service advisor disrespected me several times by addressing me with a street nickname instead of my name or last name, and you should look into what happens in your dealership before responding to a review from a respectful customer. I hope next time I hear from you, is to let me know a time and day to bring my vehicle back to make things right for once. While Napleton Dodge Ram Jeep has a great inventory, their service department is a S#!t show when it comes to customer service, communication and knowledge of the service advisors. I had a recall that their service department is a S#!t show when it comes to customer service, communication and knowledge of the service advisors. I had a recall that was scheduled 1st thing in the am, told when ordering the recall part weeks before it was a 3-4 hr job, told again when dropped off. Let them know I needed it back that evening. Called several times during the day. Left voice mail. No call back. Left message for service supervisor, no return call. At almost 6pm got a text saying basically "sorry, tech still working on it. He will be done in the morning" well morning came and went. Called was told my service advisor wasn't in and no other advisor had the time to go check on it. Called service manager again. Left message again. Finally had to uber to the dealer to find out what was going on. They locates the service manager Scott, who gave me a run around and basically said his service advisor have no knowledge of how long service jobs take, only the tech and he does. (UH there are service bulletins on recalls that explicitly give repair time frames) also told no loaners vehicles were available because they were on a 2 week wait list. We'll there was a loaner vehicle on their lot both days. Almost 1pm and still not ready yet. I say if you need anything more difficult than an oil change and you can't talk directly to the tech that is going to work on your vehicle, go elsewhere. I just hope the actually techs/mechanics are good. More
I took my car for repairs and was disrespect by the service advisor and the service manager. After 2 months battling with them, I did not get a rental from them. After the repairs were done, they left parts loose under the hood, broken parts, they did not explain to me what they did to it, they wanted to charge me for rental vehicle, and after all that, they did not even wash the car as a courtesy to their customer. I also purchased a tire rotation that was never completed. I know this because my tires had more thread in the rear, and I needed them moved to the front. I called Scott, the service supervisor, and I NEVER got a call back from him. THIS PLACE ONLY CARES ABOUT THE $. Just look at all the “market adjustments” on the lot. To get my wheel alignment and tire rotation, I had to make two trips to this dealership totaling 4 hours, including service. I wasted gas because it’s located 15 miles from my hotel there and back twice. Worst of all, I wasted vacation time. Mindy was the only service advisor to care. She showed empathy and wanted to assist in every way she could. She should be in a management position. True leaders care.
