Mean while her trade in has been paid off, and her account is all set up with the new institution. Josh was the salesman and made sure my daughter filled out his surveys first, he texted her all day to fill them out then started this ridiculous harassment about more info needed 3.5 weeks later. He looks great on his surveys when in fact he is incompetent. Send the survey now and see how this dealership and Josh rate. This dealership will not be seeing my Ram any more for service work either, or sales again. One more thing, she was supposed to get 2 free oil changes, no paperwork for that either. More
Leased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler I was told I would receive my check for my trade in within two weeks. Six weeks later after I continued to inquire where it was, I picked it up. I bought in my paper work, met with a finance man finance manager. I was told the dealers system did not reflect the tax changes. (6% to 7% law that changed January 2019) The law changed January 2018 in Florida. They agreed to give me a check for the term of my lease and would expect it in a week. One month later after the run around from financial managers and Rosie the assistant to the general manager, unannounced I stopped in. That day I had scheduled a service appointment because there was water Intrusion where my soft top meets the windshield. Found Rosie who greeted me with “I only take appointments”. She tried to get me to go service while she tries to find my check. First she’s it was mailed. Half hour later she finds it, which is the incorrect amount off by a few dollars. She tries to give me the difference in cash, I laughed and proceeded to service. Service “specialists informs me he can not find my appointment. I tell him a was told to drop my car off and they would give me a loaner from enterprise. Guess what? Service specialist states that Napleton is in a law suit with enterprise and no one should have made me that promise. I am taking my new 2018 Jeep Wrangler to another dealer for service. I would recommend no one buys or services their car at Napleton. More
ANOTHER SCAM SCAM SCAM, BAIT & SWITCH!!!!!! All I have to say is the floor manager Robins Perez is a money hungry person that doesn't care about the customer needs!!! Says one thing and does another to try and thicken his wallet. I was interested in a vehicle that I wanted to see and they made me test drive another vehicle "similar" to the one I was interested in. Came down to numbers and he pulled the rug out from under my feet and quoted me a price that was ridiculous!!!!! $1200.00 per month....WHAAAAAAAAAT!!!!!!! As the conversation became serious he told me that he would be right back and then disrespectfully disappeared. Jay sent the poor salesman back to me to do the dirty work to tell me CYA. Was all buddy buddy when I first came in and basically treated me like a homeless person on the corner when he didn't get his way. Unprofessional to the max. Cant comprehend how he got his job!!!!! Received numerous emails the next 3 days from Annie Adorno and Mike Sanders stating they would help in anyway...come to find out the emails they sent are generated from someone else and are only a check in the box for their dealership. SCAM! BAIT AND SWITCH!!! Napleton in Kissimmee Florida, by far the VERY WORST experience with a car dealer (or any sales company for that matter) in my entire life. From our initial salesperson, to the floor manager that day, to the finance people, they are all out to rip you off! On December 23, 2018, we came in to look at a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee that we saw online. It was a basic Grand Cherokee. When researching online, the reason we decided to go in to this particular dealership is because they had the dealer discount off the MSRP before we even got in there, so to us that meant we were dealing with a pretty honest and straightforward dealership. WE COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG!!!! The online price was 33,000 but was onsale for $29,000. The $4000 off was listed as dealer discount. We made an appointment, went in to the dealership and test drove the vehicle. Then it was time to talk numbers. The initial sales guy came out with a sheet that said $34,000 for the car (not including taxes). We said no, no no, that's not what you have advertised this vehicle for. The salesman said, oh, what price did you see online? We gave him a printout of the online add we saw showing very clearly the price of $29,000. He said, ok let me bring this back to the guy who does the numbers. OK, so now we are getting somewhere, or at least so we thought. The guy comes back with a total price of $41,000!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????? IS THIS SOME TYPE OF JOKE - WHERE ARE THE HIDDEN CAMERAS??? WOW is all I can say. We then spoke to the floor manager on for that day and he fed us a bunch of xx. It was very clear they were trying to take advantage of someone who might not know sales, but they tried it with the wrong potential customers. They only wanted to focus on what we wanted our monthly payment to be (which by the way is the biggest scam going!). We were very clear from the moment we sat down that we only wanted to know the price of the car. The answer should have been the online price of $29,000, not some blown up ridiculous number of $41,000 for a basic grand Cherokee. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! THEY ARE A SCAM. We even questioned the initial salesman about the online price after he came back with the $41,000. He laughed and quietly said to us I will tell you later. We ended up leaving after they tried to get us back in two times – NO THANK YOU NAPLETON OF KISSIMMEE FLORIDA! STRAIGHT SCAMMERS!!!!! More
Parts Department and Service Department Suck! I had my 2005 PT Cruiser in to get the convertible top repaired as the cables snapped that lifts the top over the vehicle. They then charge me $165 to diagnose the problem, even before they can resolve the issue. The service tech comes back and says that I have to replace the entire convertible lift system totalling over $1,600! I tell them that I can't afford that and then go to their parts department and order the cables and spring that I suspect will resolve my issue. Their cost to me for cables and springs is over $165. They only order only one cable. I thought for that price, it was for two. The parts take over 10 days to arrive and I had to call the Parts Department to find out where's my order. I then decide to have their Service Department install the parts. They call me back a week later to tell me that it's too complicated to repair. They want to again, replace the entire system I've never met so much incompetence in my life. I will never recommend Napleton to anyone and never purchase service, parts or anything from this worthless company. More

I found a vehicle on their website and made an inquiry via their website. Heard nothing back for days. Finally got an email from Annie saying that she wanted to be sure all of my questions had been answered. Ummm NOOOO. Nobody bothered to respond. I emailed her back and told her so and SHE DID NOT RESPOND. Then I get an email from Anthony, the General Manager telling me how important my business is! LOL I email him back. NO RESPONSE! Then I get an email from Bryan saying that he had emailed in response to my inquiry. NOOOOO you did not email me. So, I email him back and tell him that he had not emailed and that nobody had responded to me and how terrible their customer service is. I HEAR NOTHING BACK FROM HIM EITHER! Then I get an email from Victoria, the Internet Sales Manager and she apologizes and tells me that this is not the way they do business and still wants to earn my business! This email from her is included in the thread of my emails to them so she has seen them all. I email her back and guess what...NOTHING! NO REPSONSE! I wait another day and email her again and again...NO RESPONSE. I have never seen anything like it. More

I took my van to the Napelton Dealership in Kissimmee yesterday at 3pm and because of the issues, was given a loaner van. Keep in mind I live over 40 miles away and it takes an hour five, to an hour forty five depending Orlando traffic to get there. Everything seemed great; the Service Advisor seemed knowledgeable and accommodating. He was able to get me in when my vans AC died. He wrote everything up and told me he would call me when the repair work was done. At 10am the next day, I received a call, my van was finished. So I left work early, was in the van an hour and thirty-five minutes before I got to the dealer, arriving at 5:45pm. I came in, paid my$107 deductible, and headed to my van, to only find out that the repair was not done and the AC blower still did not work. So I went back in to only be told, to take the loaner again and it should be done by Tuesday. After spending 1.5 hours in the van, paying $25 one way in gas, I told him that I would prefer my van and would like to schedule a time to bring it back. He told me there was no need, to just bring it back any time as he had no mechanics available to finish the job. When I asked how long the repair would take, I was told several hours. This in itself is infuriating, but it gets better. When I left and tried calling several managers from the service manager who I know was there, to trying to get a hold of the operations manager for the dealer, was told by the 2 ladies working the phone they would try them, to only be disconnected 4 times and then sent to voicemail. After this experience of them not fixing my vans issues, charging me for the repair and billing Dodge for the warranty work, I called Dodge to put a complaint in as the dealer is committing fraud. I do not recommend this dealer as they put on a good show, but charge you for work they do not do! When you try to get an answer, they hang up on you. The repair should have been completed before I was called to drive out their. Stay AWAY! I will be fighting for my deductible back, as I will be going to another dealer to have the issue fixed. More
