My father went to Napleton Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 6 weeks ago tomorrow at 1460 E Osceola Pkwy, Kissimmee, FL 34744. The reason for our visit was because our family car, Chrysler 300 2005, kept shutting weeks ago tomorrow at 1460 E Osceola Pkwy, Kissimmee, FL 34744. The reason for our visit was because our family car, Chrysler 300 2005, kept shutting off. After reading reviews online such as https://repairpal.com/pcmtcm-software-updates-will-address-shifting-problems-629 it seemed to be the ECM or PCM. The dealership services dept said they would be able to help find a third party to fix it because they've never seen a problem like this before. I'm not sure why they didn't contact corporate and ask for help. Instead, they sent our computer engine to a third party, who then had to send it back because they couldn't fix it. Then the services dept. sent it to another third party they found could "help". It still has been a week and a half since they sent the part. I called the service manager, Mike R., 10/22/19 and left a voicemail. He never called me back, instead, he had his service rep, Earl, call my father directly. On 11/5/19, I decided to call again and try to get an update, which again, I asked to speak with the Service Manager, Mike R., who was not helpful at all. He told me that my father's Chrysler 300 wasn't a car they sold and one which they aren't used to service. However, nowhere on the door of this services department does it say "we can only service vehicles we sell." It sounds like a bunch of excuses to me. Since the car has been there for almost 6 weeks, and we are CARLESS, I asked if there was anything he can do. Mike said, "I can put you in touch with our sales dept. so they can give you a trade-in value for your car or I can give you enterprise car rentals phone number but you have to pay for the rental yourself." I'm sorry, but how is that going that a solution to fixing my car? How can this dealership do nothing for my family given they've had the car for 6 weeks? I'm very appalled and taken back by the attitude and behavior of this service manager. The customer experience has been absolutely upsetting and is not making me feel like a valued customer, at all. It is also weird that Chrysler, who invented the ECM / Engine being able to run only through the computer, no longer produces this component anymore. There are many other people who have run across this issue from my online searches, such as the review seat mentioned above. It's not like my father's car is the first one this has ever happened to. I am leaving this review as a way of looking for support or help. What would you want to be done if you were in this situation and had to be treated the way we have with this services manager? More
Buyer beware!!!Dodged a bullet by not buying with this bait and switch company. Process started with an ad placed on cars.com for a Jeep. Picture shown was beautiful and had price clearly listed on websit bait and switch company. Process started with an ad placed on cars.com for a Jeep. Picture shown was beautiful and had price clearly listed on website. Responded online and received response from them saying vehicle was still available. I live an hour away and am extremely busy so the day before arrival I called and confirmed vehicles availability and price. Was told by the original contact that it was and price was The same. ( there was a sale of some sort for month of October and didn’t want price to go up). We drive an hour to get there and upon arrival I can immediately tell I was in for a battle. I show the sales guy the price of the vehicle on cars.com and he tells me that this is probably not accurate and that the msrp is way higher than that. He goes back to the manager to start the game and comes back saying the Jeep is now 13k more and that options were added to the vehicle by the dealership that were extra. I asked him why this was not mentioned in the ad ( and the picture reflected the upgrades that were advertised at the posted price) and he said that’s he is not sure but the price now was to be 13k more. He then said for me to again show him the ad Again and low and behold as soon as i pulled up the ad again the price was changed to reflect the new number. Are you kidding me i said? Luckily i had taken a picture just before i got there of the ad. At this point the sales manager comes over and tries to say these websites update often and it must have just done that. I laughed at him as he clearly thought i was an idiot. I again showed them proof of the ad and he refused to accept this. I looked him right in his eyes and asked him if he thought this was misleading or bait and switch and he said absolutely not. I am a 44 year old successful business owner who has purchased at least 10 new cars in my life and i have never had anything like this happen. I’m dumbfounded how someone like him or a dealership like Napleton could operate a business like this. I’m saddened that this is the world we live in. Buyer beware!! More

Scammers xxxxxxxx Please learn from my mistake. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. They tried to switch papers 3 times to papers with higher number, fortunately I caught that Please learn from my mistake. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. They tried to switch papers 3 times to papers with higher number, fortunately I caught that, each time they played it off as a mistake. I just can't believe I didn't walk out at that point. Also they had the price online about 6000 cheaper than what I ended up having to pay and that was not taxes or tags or fees. That's truck cost. RIP OFF!!! Although it's my fault for signing the paperwork after about 9 hours, they are shady and untrustworthy. Dont even walk in!!! More
