Problem with Car They solved my problem with the battery going dead after a week of not using the car. Very happy with the service I have been taking my Foresters to Napleton Subaru in Schaumburg, IL for the past 8 years. I have had nothing short of an excellent experience there. I have been taking my Foresters to Napleton Subaru in Schaumburg, IL for the past 8 years. I have had nothing short of an excellent experience there. I normally work with my service advisors, Keith and Nate. Both are thorough and personable. They keep in informed via text – very convenient and efficient. When I went in to purchase an extended warranty a few years ago, the finance guy was not available so Chris Napleton set it up for me. He’s a great guy too! I highly recommend Napleton Subaru for both a new car purchase and ongoing service. More

I took my ‘07 WRX to get worked on a recall for an air bag! Dropped my car off January 15th! Picked up my vehicle February 14th! Came back and found a dent on my passenger side fender. Service advisor Jas bag! Dropped my car off January 15th! Picked up my vehicle February 14th! Came back and found a dent on my passenger side fender. Service advisor Jasmine was giving me and my Dad attitude the entire time picking up my vehicle asking why our loaner key didn’t have the vehicle tag on it cause it must have fallen off after having the loaner after 1 month! I would leave numerous messages after services advisors not picking up and wouldn’t get a call back 2 days later! I’m NEVER repeat NEVER taking my car to Napleton's Schaumburgh Subaru again! BAD SERVICE! More

Walk away from this dealership.. They try to deceive you by saying rock bottom with no negotiation. Be very firm and ask for open disclosure!! I had bad experience with one of sales person including the man by saying rock bottom with no negotiation. Be very firm and ask for open disclosure!! I had bad experience with one of sales person including the manager. They indicated they found my preapprocal letter code which was uncalled for. I refused to let them run the credit report and financing since Chase Bank is really high. Be cautious they are affiliated wirh Napleton of Arlington Heights too so their cars get moved. The car was sitting for 60 days with low mileage. Sales rep and manager didnt give me any answer and told me there is no negotiation but they kept asking me for final price ?!?! I asked to negotiate first before agreeing to final price then do deposit later but they refused to follow my request. Walk away from this and their affiliated Napleton of Arlington Heights. Customers should be treated with dignity and respect including customer service. More
Not helpful, downright rude I was nearing the end of my lease and needed to shop for a new car or lease option. I wanted to explore pricing through email as I already knew what I was nearing the end of my lease and needed to shop for a new car or lease option. I wanted to explore pricing through email as I already knew what I wanted after turning in my current vehicle. I was told prices were unavailable for the new model while also non negotiable for the older model, and neither year's vehicle price could be discussed to purchase or lease without coming into the dealership. The brief communication I did have through email was also demeaning in tone as confirmed by others who read what was mansplaned to me. As I found a price I liked elsewhere through email communication as requested, I did need to ultimately turn in my lease at this dealership, or so I thought. I was told I would not need an appointment and then told I did need an appointment to turn it in, which turned out the day of the appointment I had made with them, I was not on file or scheduled to be seen. Thankfully, I was able to turn in my lease at the dealership I bought my new vehicle from and didn't have to deal with Napleton anymore. I am still in a Subaru, and work down the street from this location, and will no longer use this convenient spot for service based on this poor experience. I really can't recommend using any Napleton location. More
2019 crosstrek I knew exactly what I wanted yet the car was NOT on the lot's. I called Schaumburg location and talked to Tim, told him what I wanted specifically. He located the vehicle (new) and got it transported into this location within 5 day's! No games, honesty and was in and out with new car and trade in within an hour! Love my car :) More
