Had an unscheduled service issue with turn signals and rear view mirror on my 2010 Impreza. Very friendly staff assisted me right away, and was able to repair the issues promptly. This is the worst dealer ever. They attempt to get you to buy the car before they will even let you test drive it. They WOULD NOT let me test drive the car I wanted without me signing a deal. This guy is not very hones. After we finally agreed an On The Road price which is supposed to include everything, he added another $120 on the agreed price claiming some county tax. I have a 2006 Outback that had a slow oil leak. It was determined on Monday that the head gaskets were leaking. Mike (service guy)looked up my warranty information and it was a very close call as far as determined on Monday that the head gaskets were leaking. I was at exactly 5 years and one week to the day from when I bought my car (so I was over by one week) and I had approximately 58,500 miles. Because I was over on time but not on mileage the service team gave me a good will warranty repair. Saved me BIG $$$. Would definitely have service at this dealership again! More
I needed to have some emergency work done on my brakes while visiting from out of town, and this dealership exceeded my expectations. Customer service was outstanding - they went out of their way to obta while visiting from out of town, and this dealership exceeded my expectations. Customer service was outstanding - they went out of their way to obtain the necessary parts and even had the service technicians stay late on a Friday so that I could drive home to Wisconsin that evening. This particularly impressed me since I am not a regular customer and, in fact, live out of state so likely will not visit their dealership again. They also documented their work with photos, which they emailed to me. More
They were really friendly and willing to work with you and gave me a what I thought was a good deal on the used car that I ended up buying from them but that's about all the positive I can give them. The rest I have to take away as a learning experience and lesson number one is not to return to Napleton's nor to recommend a friend there. I should have known better than to entertain the idea of buying a car that the dealer would not consent to have taken to an independent mechanic for a check-up before buying. And I should have known better than to make a deal with the salesman (Marcin) and the finance rep (Rocco) for a payment via check. Now I have a car that needs work done to it that I could have known about earlier had I taken it to a mechanic to begin with and I also have overdraft fees from my bank because they cashed the check before the agreed time. Something about "3-5 business" days must have been too difficult to understand. They'll tell you what you want to hear but in then end they're all about taking care of themselves. I won't be returning and I would recommend others to learn from my mistakes here. More
