I came here to test drive a vehicle. Sales rep was really kind and caring. He introduced me to Doug from service on asking clarifying questions about the vehicle I was purchasing and Doug was extremely rude. This alone made me walk away from this dealership. Not knowing the answer is fine but "go on the website and research yourself. I am a service manager; not Google". More
I bought a Mazda CX-7 from this dealer in December 2014, few months later I started hearing some cracking when making sharp turns which I ignored, and in 2017 Mazda called for a recall to fix the lower arm few months later I started hearing some cracking when making sharp turns which I ignored, and in 2017 Mazda called for a recall to fix the lower arms saying that is very risky to keep driving the car in such a condition, so I took it to dealer for the repairs, few months later the same problem came back and didn’t now how bad the problem is till now when I m trying to sell it, I took the car to the mechanic for the inspection before selling it, and he told me that I’m lucky I’m still alive because the front wheel could detach anytime and it’s loose and he said either the recall was done badly or the damage was already big when they did it, I don’t believe that Mazda could risk the life of the many people driving their cars on roads just like that, it is a big shame. Please for anyone who want to buy a car from Mazda be very careful specially the older cars. The Mazda vin number is JM3ER2W52A0349504 More
Be careful about this dealership !!!! My 2 year old Mazda 5 has internal wiring corrosion causing battery to drain even when the car is off - they kept my car for 6 weeks - told that I spilled hot chocolate 5 has internal wiring corrosion causing battery to drain even when the car is off - they kept my car for 6 weeks - told that I spilled hot chocolate and did all this damage - told me that they fixed it and made me pay $2500 for it (held my car hostage until I gave them cash). Part of the bill was $1900 for labor (diagnostics) - so I was not only responsible for all this damage but also for their incompetence in diagnosing - when I was objecting to this bill the intimidation, yelling and harassment begin More

Fran Napleton would be ashamed Deceitful and borderline criminal...sales and service. Intentionally abused my car on a test drive doing damage. The service manager gave their "Ma Deceitful and borderline criminal...sales and service. Intentionally abused my car on a test drive doing damage. The service manager gave their "Master Mechanic" Davis the green light to take me for a drive in my Miata for a wild ride around the block. The car had just 500 miles on the odometer at the time. Davis red-lined the tach and was shifting without using the clutch. Seemed to intentionally be hitting potholes. I sent subsequent e-mails to the salesman who sold me the car asking for some kind of remediation but only got stone-walled for months. Turned out the salesman is the mechanic's son. Finally got thru to the owner/manager Weck. His response was he would have me arrested if I ever set foot in the dealership again. This is how they dealt with a 71 year old man. No respect. More
Horrible service & sales practices They did not repair my car as promised. Their answer was "it is good enough" . Purchased the extended warranty, little did I know they sold me theirs They did not repair my car as promised. Their answer was "it is good enough" . Purchased the extended warranty, little did I know they sold me theirs and NOT Mazda's so I now have warranty work and just found out I have no choice but to go back to their sub par workmanship More
I brought my 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix in for a transmission problem. I purchased the car with an extended warranty. Charlene was my first contact, she got the car in and I had a brand new loaner c transmission problem. I purchased the car with an extended warranty. Charlene was my first contact, she got the car in and I had a brand new loaner car to use while mine was being repaired. Long story short, the transmission was rebuilt but still had a problem. The transmission was eventually replaced. The point of this review is that, even though I had to bring the car back a few times, they worked with me on resolving the issue with a great attitude and determination even though I did not buy my car from them. I own two Pontiac's and have had them both serviced by this dealer. they do great work and I would recommend them to anyone who needs service. One last thing, Robin the cashier always with a smile on her face and was always very helpful with getting the loaner car set up. A++++ on service and friendliness. More
The service department was very friendly and took care of my problem right away. I thought that the price was a little high ($77) as the repair consisted of replacing the 4 brake light bulbs. When compared my problem right away. I thought that the price was a little high ($77) as the repair consisted of replacing the 4 brake light bulbs. When compared to an oil change and the amount of labor involved the oil change is a much better bang for the buck. In spite of this I still was very satisified with the service I received. More
We purchased a 2010 Mazda CX9 a year ago. When we purchased the salesman pushed for us to purchase the scratch and paint chip coverage. Well come to find out this week when we took it in to have the purchased the salesman pushed for us to purchase the scratch and paint chip coverage. Well come to find out this week when we took it in to have the brakes looked at that it was money not well spent. You can't get a sratch or paint chip fixed at all so what is this good for. For heavens sake next time I'm wearing a sign that says NO!!! Also, they don't have someone on site to do this work, they have to call for them to come to the shop to do the work, service person told us that when we got there and said wish he would of known, Hello, when we made the appointment we told the girl that was what we wanted done as well. Went to Schaumburg Mazda for service on my Mazda 3. Was quite pleased by the service department. They did not try to sell unneeded services unlike other local Mazda dealership service departments. T Was quite pleased by the service department. They did not try to sell unneeded services unlike other local Mazda dealership service departments. The oil change sticker they put on my car reflected the true service interval not 3 months 3,000 miles but 4 months 5,000 miles which is what the owners manual calls for(severe schedule which I use). The car needed the 30,000 mile or 2 year check which they did. I walked out of there paying 58.60 cents(oil change and tire rotation). The air filter plus the cabin air filter I had replaced about a month ago everything else checked out OK(They did not try to BS me). Other Mazda dealerships were charging 389-589(Roto Mazda 389 plus extra charges like upsell engine flush plus injector servicefor a 2 year or 30,000 mile check up. The Mazda dealership that was charging 589 (Wilkins Mazda) was willing to take off 200 dollars for the work I had done (trans fluid and air filters). I said no thanks. Only 2 Mazda dealerships in the area did not do charge a flat rate for 30,000 mile service Schauburg Mazda and Biggers Mazda. In fact Biggers said it wasn't necessary that the just check things over according to the manual. No extra charge. Schaumburg Mazda service department seems pretty good to me. This Dealer has really horrible online reviews, they probably lose lot's of business because of that. I did not leave there with a bad impression at all. More
