Great smile, very calm. accepting body language and xxxx good listener is what sold me. We've have visited two other Lincoln dealership not far from this dealership and the sales people did not greet us like Dwayne did, they were somewhat unprofessional. Dwayne greeted us immediately with open arms! HE KNEW HIS BRAND PRODUCT VERY WELL... the questions he could not answer right away, he wrote them down and got the answers for us instead of telling us just anything to make a sale. Every question I ask him about the MKS he'd answered with a very calm, direct and honest answer. He wasnt pushy, aggressive or unprofessional like some others...HE WOWED US!!! (Note: He also wasnt aware that my husband and I had already did our home work about the MKS, MKT and MKX before we started our car shopping) And Yes...I really really really enjoy my new Lincoln MKS. Last but not least, the Sales Manager John Tyler and Mike Rodgers was superb!!!
