Napleton's River Oaks Honda - Service Center

I bought a 2022 Genesis and it's been nothing but problems, the first thing was the car needed a complete brake so I had to take it back. Then they actually sold me the car without a spare tire and problems, the first thing was the car needed a complete brake so I had to take it back. Then they actually sold me the car without a spare tire and would not replace it as the previous owner took it.I had to buy the tire myself. I am so disappointed in the service managers as they never take your calls and then when you leave a message they will not return your calls. I would not recommend you buy a car from this dealership. But I will say this Blanco from the service dept was very good, kept me informed on when my car would be ready and did have it ready in 1 day. I just did not like the fact I had to buy a spare tire.
