I live in Texas, so all of my communication with the dealer was via phone, text, and email. James Bell was my parent's sales person, and he provided a great customer buying experience. My parents liked James because he was honest, patient, and not pushy. James answered all my parent's questions, and was very pleasant to work with. I mainly helped my parents with the negotiations, and James was professional and responsive. I have purchased six new cars and this was the smoothest transaction that I have had. I give James five stars. I highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a new Honda. More

First time Ever! Best experience for us! Well And Wowed! My mom and I where well and wowed by the outstanding deal made by our Salesman Oliver. He attended to your needs like no one else was in the dealership. We also want say the Sales Manager Ty ( Glenn Smith) made sure we left the dealership treated us the same way. I have purchased many cars in my Adult life and assisted my mom with the same and have never been treated with so much respect. I'm not sure of the gentleman name did the finance portion but he was very knowledgeable during his portion. Even the gentleman who showed us how to use the hybrid Accord was extremely excellent. I sorry I can't remember every ones name. Oliver was good and I hope he grows in this field. Mr. Ty!!!!!!! The sales manager, was a workhorse taking care of the deal we made. Bought my third vehicle a 2016 Nissan Altima 5-25-17. Love the pre-certified vehicles. Received fantastic interest rate (thank you Dorie) and Platinum warranty service plan(which I personally believe is one of the best out there, never had a problem) and had a fabulous salesman named Addison take care of me through the entire purchasing process. Addison was honest and forthright with me and my husband and also followed up to make sure everything was fine. Thank you Addison!!! Love the car!
