From the entry of the dealership JP greeted us. I was not there to buy a car however, JP made my 22 year old daughters first time financing a car on her own, no co-signer, no down payment. When I say they moved the heaven and earth for this young girl with no credit history JP and the team behind him did just that. He(JP) was patient and even speaking to her at times (fatherly like) but still professional. I as a mom am eternally grateful for his knowledge on car buying experience and Napleton River Oaks Lansing for hiring him, and for making her experience amazing. She got a good rate and that's what counts. She left there feeling like she can handle the insurance and car note and be ok. Thank You JP! Ill be back to trade in this car of mines!!!! More

Mark was absolutely amazing! I wanted to update my review because we have been having MULTIPLE issues with the truck since we have bought it. Leaving us stranded in another state I wanted to update my review because we have been having MULTIPLE issues with the truck since we have bought it. Leaving us stranded in another state and having to be towed home. I’m not very happy. The financing side of things was smoothly until I needed a vin inspection done. Then I was told the first one was not sufficient enough because it was not signed. After completing a SECOND vin inspection took a week for them to finally finish the paperwork. Go to start the truck again and what would ya know it does not start.. More
