Fraud in the inducement I was told I was looking at a 2018 vehicle but then a 2020 vehicle was brought around for me to test drive. I was happy with all the features that I w I was told I was looking at a 2018 vehicle but then a 2020 vehicle was brought around for me to test drive. I was happy with all the features that I was looking for. I was still told it was a 2018. I negotiated on a price and I ended up agreeing on a price. I drove off the lot with this car that I thought was a 2018. 2 weeks later I get a call to tell me that I was given the wrong car. I was given the actual 2018. I never even seen this car or test drove it. Didnt have the features that I liked in the car I test drove. I felt tricked I'm so unhappy. My lawyers are involved now. More

Clean, presentable environment. Friendly,professional staff. Fantastic service! I pulled into the parking lot and was geeted right outside the entrance with a friendly smile and handshake by a sales rep named Fantastic service! I pulled into the parking lot and was geeted right outside the entrance with a friendly smile and handshake by a sales rep named Jeff Parham (goes by J.P.) He was very knowledgeable and professional. We even had good conversations about old cars and music. I showed up knowing exactly what I wanted to purchase, a 2019 Civic Sport. Initially i wanted one with a gray exterior but as i sat there on the showroom floor giving J.P. my information, I kept looking over at this blue Civic sport that was just feet away from his desk. It had a thin white decal stripe along the side curves as well as black splash gaurds which J.P. told me was a package that they include on their vehicles at River Oaks Honda. It certainly gave the car a much sportier look. Long story short I ended up taking the Blue Civic sport right off the showroom floor! Im happy with my purchase and the great deal and service provided at River Oaks Honda. More
