All Buyers Please Read this Review Before Buying! This is the first review of any type of business for me. I want to prevent others from going through our experience. If you go back to the reviews on This is the first review of any type of business for me. I want to prevent others from going through our experience. If you go back to the reviews on June 22, you will see another customer with a similar story with the same vehicle, 2019 Yukon Denali (wish I would have read it before going). Obviously, this customer's concerns had no impact on this dealership's business practice because one week later they did the same thing. The Denali was priced very well and this was the only reason I even considered a THREE HOUR round trip to see this SUV. I called ahead and was told it was still available, I had an appointment and we were coming at a good time because it was a month end sale. She would not tell me the end of the month price on the Yukon as "you will be given a great price". She said they don't discuss prices on the phone. It was listed for $53,000. We test drove it and I offered less, fully knowing that I was willing to pay the $53,000 if they stayed firm. They came back and the offer was MORE THAN $2000 HIGHER THAN THE ADVERTISED PRICE! I said I would pay $53,000 + tax + the doc fee. Read the fine print right? On their website and on Autotrader: "Used car prices plus tax, title, license & $300 doc fee." I could write them a check for the full amount or would finance it since they advertised a 1.9% rate for up to 63 months. I would not have bought the SUV if it was $1.00 more than the advertised price. Paying more truly was not a problem for me and I would have bought it if the advertised price would have simply been what they wanted for it. So I traveled three hours along with my wife and two teenage daughters to witness a fraud. I told them in person this is simply dirty business. Where I come from and with my business when I state something either verbally or in writing, this is my commitment. I would lose thousands before I would ever go against my word. I assume the dealership will now send a public display of disappointment and suggest I call to help resolve this. There is no need to call, they know everything I have said is factual. It's unfortunate that there are businesses that are this unscrupulous. More

Drove in from VA to pick up our grandkids and as we were about to head back, a sensor came on and prevented the van from driving. Napleton Honda got us in and out in one day without hassle. Buyers beware! Do not shop here. We are from out of state. We saw a newly dropped price on a used Yukon. We called and expressed interest on Saturday and asked to work us up a deal. We waited 7 hours on Monday before getting a trade in price from Mike after calling them over 7 times throughout the day. We wanted to buy the Yukon obviously at their asking price. After receiving their offer on our trade, I declined and told them I would just take the Yukon at their listed price with no trade in. We would put 10k down and finance the rest. We got kickback over and over like they didn’t want us to buy. After more phone calls the used manager, Eddie, finally sent us a price breakdown. They were charging us for a $1700 Napleton Platinum experience and a $499 gps tracker. This being a terrible experience from the beginning was far from a platinum experience. It is an optional warranty per a finance guy with their company at another store. I won’t name him because he was the only helpful person we spoke with. We were trying to drive 10 hours and pay their asking price. We were told by this store that this was not optional and they were tacking it on because they were losing so much on the vehicle already after sitting there 131 days. The GM Alex said they would lose the deal over it if we didn’t want to pay for it. This is a sorry way of doing business and I recommend you go elsewhere. I would love for the owners to have been involved and seen how shady this deal was. This is false advertising and terrible customer service. I hope this message reaches someone who cares. I have text, emails, and voice calls documenting sale prices from the beginning with no mention of adding on over 2k worth of mandatory charges once it’s time to pay, therefore, this is not slander or falsely accusing anyone of anything. These are facts. I plan to post this on their page and anywhere else everyday so no one gets this type of treatment.. More
I wish I could give this dealership 0 stars. I inquired about a car they had online. I received an email saying they had it in stock. I called and set up an appointment to go see the car at 2:15pm that day about a car they had online. I received an email saying they had it in stock. I called and set up an appointment to go see the car at 2:15pm that day (I called at 12:58). I received a call at 1:10 to confirm that I was coming to look at the car. I drove 40 minutes out to the dealership, the car was not pulled out for us, I tried calling 3 times and no one answered. I go inside and tell them I had an appointment and the guy tells me they sold the car I was suppose to see LAST NIGHT! You could have told me that over the phone when you called me to confirm my appointment!! Why make someone drive out if there is no car there?!?! Worst experience ever!! I would not recommend! Very poor communication!! More
