I went to this dealer to look at a 2018 HRV LX. Jeffrey Parham (JP) facilitated a test drive of the car and began process to provide an offer when he was notified that the car was sold to another buyer. Despite being slightly frustrated and embarrassed, JP asked if I would be interested in a great deal on a new HRV. I responded that I was skeptical that he could make an offer within my budget. After consulting with management, he came back with a very good offer on a new HRX LX. I said that I was very interested but needed to consult with my wife who will be the primary driver. Although he offered to have me drive the new HRV home for her to see, I declined. I told him that we would return on Friday (2 days later) if we were going to buy the car. My wife wanted additional features on the car including heated seats. She e-mailed JP on Friday and he was able to make an offer for the EX model within our budget. We drove to meet him and he arranged a test drive. We decided to buy the car. JP had completed prep work before we arrived so that the purchase process was very efficient.
