I can call Jeffery (J.P.) for questions and concerns at any time and he returns my calls in a timely manner and is able to provide information to my satisfaction. For all of the above reasons, I referred a senior relative to Jeffery and came with her to the appointment. J.P. successfully addressed my concerns regarding her only wishing to put down the exact amount of money for a down payment that her Insurance Company gave her and that she could afford no more in a monthly payment than she was accustomed to paying. He tried her in an Accord that she wanted to see and evaluated other options to determine how easily she was able to get in and out of the cars (she has Rheumatoid Arthritis). J.P. weighed the pros and cons of purchasing versus leasing for her age, driving habits and fiscal circumstances. He was WONDERFUL!!!!
