While waiting for my car to be serviced, I was Greeted by salesman "Jeffrey Parham" who made me feel comfortable at the show room and showed me around and guided through the available cars there. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. The salesman was very informative and answered all of my questions. Nowdays, it's commonly seen that car salesman just don't do a good enough job and the only objective is to make a sale.But, salesmen like "Jeffrey Parham" delivers an incredible service and give a very pleasant experience. I purchased a 2020 HRV from Salesperson, Jeffery Parham. I have leased four SUVs from this Dealership since 1999 and come there for all of my maintenance. I can call Jeffery (J.P.) for questions and concerns at any time and he returns my calls in a timely manner and is able to provide information to my satisfaction. For all of the above reasons, I referred a senior relative to Jeffery and came with her to the appointment. J.P. successfully addressed my concerns regarding her only wishing to put down the exact amount of money for a down payment that her Insurance Company gave her and that she could afford no more in a monthly payment than she was accustomed to paying. He tried her in an Accord that she wanted to see and evaluated other options to determine how easily she was able to get in and out of the cars (she has Rheumatoid Arthritis). J.P. weighed the pros and cons of purchasing versus leasing for her age, driving habits and fiscal circumstances. He was WONDERFUL!!!!
