It kills me to even give them one star. Save your money and find a smaller, customer caring dealership. All they want is your money, the minute you drive off the lot, they don't care. I have an expired plate and no title, after 30 days of purchase. Also, they had a "fake" Audi fob, which doesn’t work. It will cost us $400 to replace. I called numerous times, and was constantly put on hold, and you can never speak to an actual person. Their receptionist is good at covering their butts, when you call and ask for a manager, finance, or our sales person, no one answers the phone! it was worthless. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME and AGONY! we paid cash up front and traded in a beautiful BMW, in perfect condition. NEVER AGAIN! More
