We were upset when we went into the dealership. when I called they told us they had a car that we were looking for. so we traveled almost 2 hrs to get there and when we arrived they told us that the car h called they told us they had a car that we were looking for. so we traveled almost 2 hrs to get there and when we arrived they told us that the car had just been sold. I was very upset. But JP the salesperson spent a great deal of time with us and did a great job with 2 very angry people. I did buy a car from him. I give JP a 5 but the dealership left me a little uncomfortable. More

I had the opportunity of finding a Honda dealership near me that went above and beyond to meet my needs. I had the pleasure of working with the top salesman name JP when I was looking for a used SUV. We bought our car in March and at that time we had a good experience and actually put a good review on here. Once the car was sold to us by the dealer, it has taken an Act of Congress to deal with any busine experience and actually put a good review on here. We had issues with our trade in pay off; issues with a prior purchase Gap reimbursement. Bought an additional vehicle tracking service and the dealer never put it through, so we asked for a reimbursement. It has been over a month and still haven’t got it resolved and we’re lied to about being reimbursed directly (they told us we were misinformed and the money would go to the finance company instead). We now have to go into the dealer because whenever we call the main number, it’s a never ending loop when calling in. When we leave messages we don’t get any calls back. We know our experience with this dealership was really good when we purchased the car but now they have their sale, the customer is not of importance anymore. Buyer beware of anything you need to deal with after the fact! I also posted this on Facebook and will post this everywhere else I can to warn others. Frustration at its highest!!! More

DISHONEST BUSINESS TACTICS: I made KBB sale for two of my personal vehicles. First vehicle sale was fair, they paid my vehicle off. 2nd Vehicle I was given a payoff figure to bring vehicle back once I had personal vehicles. First vehicle sale was fair, they paid my vehicle off. 2nd Vehicle I was given a payoff figure to bring vehicle back once I had completed minor body work. Upon return, Joseph was off the day we had scheduled and I was assigned to someone named Connor, he never gave last name, but said he was the manager for used cars. He low balled me on my agreed payoff price and then threatened to forego the deal if I didn't accept his offer which was $1600.00 less than my payoff. Keep in mind, I paid a $500.00 insurance deductible to get minor body work completed on my vehicle that I was promised they would buy it for what I owed on vehicle by Joseph. Well, I had already made plans to sell the vehicle and was stuck with the dishonest tactics of Connor who cheated me out $1600 on top of the 500.00 I had paid to get body work repairs as agreed before they would pay off remaining loan balance. Moral of the story Connor is dishonest, and misrepresents the entire Managerial structure at the dealership because he refused to let me talk to a higher level manager when changed the offer for my vehicle, after I had agreed to get vehicle detailed and bring back to them and receive payoff loan value! Caveat' Emptor... I am a "man of the cloth" and have no reason to speak bad of anyone, however, I cannot and never will condone dishonesty and shady business practices. This is the worst I have ever been treated at a car dealership in my entire life on this earth. Today, I still have a bad taste in my mouth for the manipulation traumatic financial experience of being cheated of my hard earned money just to sell an exotic luxury vehicle to a dealership whom doesn't care that their employees are crooks. More
