Came in to look at a 2015 BMW 228i. Test drove it and liked it. However, the a/c definitely needed a charge, and the tire pressure monitor light was on. During negotiation they trie Test drove it and liked it. However, the a/c definitely needed a charge, and the tire pressure monitor light was on. During negotiation they tried to sell it as is, I wanted those issues fixed and they eventually did. We settled on a deal, and I came back a few days later CHECK IN HAND, test drove it once more and found that the digital screen wasn't working. Didn't purchase the vehicle then, they said that they would look into it and see what they could do, possibly take it to a BMW Dealer since they can't program it. They said they would let me know in a day or two. Was told multiple times that the car wouldn't be sold out from under me. Surprise surprise, the VERY NEXT DAY they sold the vehicle and never contacted me. You think they fixed the problem that quickly? HAHA no. They sold a car with a known issue while simultaneously screwing me over. So now I'm going to have to redo the entire loan process and hurt my credit score even more because if this xxxx dealer. I would give 0 stars if possible. Unbelievable. More
