I twice asked Niesha to clarify the discrepancy and I was ignored via email. I tried calling her boss Faris but got shuffled around only to learn that he was not in for 4 days (until 11/16). I just needed clarification and had a check I’m in hand to buy this car and likely a Ridgeline. It’s terrible to continue to receive less than reasonably or honorable customer service. I will be buying a car from Honda up Lisle because they were at least upfront with me. Expected more from Napleton. More
