She informed me that Saturday is their busiest day and they had no time to work with me or do the paperwork to get the car. That same day I went to the other dealer where the car supposedly was in the holding area & found the car didn't exist. I bought a car at the other dealer and would never buy from River Oaks Honda. As a 15 year service customer, I don't trust the sales people at all. More

She made me feel so comfortable over the phone, she listened to my recent horrible experience at a dealership, that shall remain anonymous :-( and after speaking with her I KNEW that it was possible for me to get a car. I know all dealerships say the same thing to get you and then treat you like crap but it was something about this one that had me at the initial phone call. Ok, fast forward!! I walk in & the place is absolutely beautiful, wonderful atmosphere. Then that's when I meet Mr. Ryan H. (My salesperson) When I tell you, he was sooooo patient with me & he never not once got frustrated with me, because I know myself better than anyone when I tell you I can be quite a handful. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable at all while I was there. Ryan was awesome!!!I'm happy to announce that I drove out of there with a beautiful BMW SUV. Yaaaay me!!! But seriously I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who wants to be treated like royalty. Overall my experience here was fantastic. Everybody there has the best attitude in the world!!! I had been searching for some time for the right vehicle for my sixteen-year old son. As a single parent, I was looking for the right price on a reliable, quality automobile, coupled with a business transaction I could have confidence in. After months of on-line searching and a few unsuccessful visits to dealerships, I finally found exactly what I had been searching for, but it was at a dealership 88 miles away! I called and was connected with Tina, an on-line sales representative who was so friendly and helpful, she immediately set me at ease for the experience ahead. I was then put in touch with my salesman, Rhyan. I had many questions, pressed for a lot of details, and he handled every question I threw his way, went out of his way to provide not only all of the additional information I sought, but sent extra photos and pursued every option to win my business, which he ultimately did. Being that the dealership was a two hour drive away from my home, and I was not comfortable with having my newly-licensed driver son make such a trip, Rhyan generously agreed to drive the car to my home for me, on his day off, no less! Rhyan's professional demeanor, and sincere kindness, made this not only a wonderful experience, but helped me achieve providing a wonderful surprise for my son.
