My car needed service for an electrical issue, so I brought it in on a Monday morning with my son. After some time in the waiting area, my toddler was getting crazy and I knew it was time to go. I asked to rent a car and when handing over my license, they pointed out it was expired and I didn’t even know! I felt the tears coming as I was exhausted and stressed out from my child. Ken Walter came over and said take my personal car, get the baby home for a nap, and we will figure the rest out later. Him and the service guys helped me transfer the car seat too. As always above and beyond service. I will never go anywhere else! More

I also spoke with Mr Anthony Smith, who remembered me from a previous visit. He checked on me during the time in which I waited for the services to be completed on my vehicle. Mr Smith also answered questions that I had about a couple of vehicles that I was interested in. Both if these gentlemen left a great impression on me which will definitely have me to return to this dealership. More

They will tell you that you need stuff that you don't, won't call your insurance to see if it is covered so they can charge you, say they fixed the problem but really don't , will bribe you if you put up a bad review ( make sure you include names). Now you ask why am I saying these things ? I took my car there the first time Oct. 13th for a oil change, it was recommended that I get front brakes and rotors. They did inspection and oil change and front brakes. The paper says they replaced pads and resurfaced the rotors for $394.00. Not done. Went back on Nov. 12th That paper says they inspected (again but it was already in the system from Oct 12th). They replaced the front brakes, pads, rotors🤔 $394.00., replaced washer nozzle with hose $133.48, cleaned fuel injection & induction service $169.95. Now both of these services were covered under my insurance 🤑 but they didn't call the insurance company so of course I paid because I trusted them . January 29th I took the car cause now my coolant is leaking and was told I need a radiator by a good mechanic so back to Napleton's to get a radiator $ 692.69 and to let them know the washer nozzle they REPLACED I. Nov. was not working $0 ( another inspection🤔) now they say I need a motor mount 🤑 and bracket-torque reaction $217.89. Now this time I called the insurance to see if this was covered and guess what it was but the manager insisted it was not. This time I wrote a bad review about how they treat females different from males and my services that included that I needed a rental ( it was the day of Chicago's bad snow storm). I was told we do not have any loaners 😟 so I said "ok I can call Enterprise cause I don't have a way home", "we don't use a rental company" me " what car dealer doesn't use car rental companies "? I was not asked Ms. Rivers do you need a ride to somewhere or what can we do to accommodate you? I tried to speak to the manager about my car not being ready and I had to take my rental back but only got voicemail until I called the day to put up my car and I was at Enterprise and then the manager was found. I went home and put up my review. I received a call from the manager " I saw your review and it upset me your feel this way, we do not treat women differently . Because it makes us look bad and my manager will see it and if you take down the review I will pay your deductible . I took down the review went to pick up my car $0. My receipt says " Ok to pay per Chrysler Warranty ( because I called not Napleton's)All Mopar parts are guaranteed $867.23. Ok to waiver $100.00🤔 My advice to everyone don't take your car to Napleton's of River Oaks. Always take a male with you. If you have insurance first take your car to a honest mechanic (Life Time Auto) let them tell you what is wrong then take it to a honest dealership ( check the reviews and star ratings) then call your insurance for coverage. After they fix it go back to the mechanic. I am not at another dealer because I need a motor mount, washer nozzle had my front brakes replaced on Monday $310.00. Sound familiar? Yea these things were supposed to be done at Napleton's River Oaks. I have had to spend more money, time and risk my life form their incompetence, unprofessionalism, lies, difference in treatment ( discrimination) and not caring for people's safety. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR THERE LADIES AND MEN. My insurance is aware of this and so will BBB . #wrongwoman More

He walked me through what my options were, pricing, and who I would have to contact on my end to make this a great experience financially. Steven also seemed to add a personal touch to our conversation, which made the visit extremely enjoyable......Not only did Steven immediately diagnose the problem, but the service was fast and efficient. Great follow up I purchased my Jeep on a Saturday. I received 3 follow up phone calls to make sure I was satisfied with my vehicle. At the end of the week I panicked I purchased my Jeep on a Saturday. I received 3 follow up phone calls to make sure I was satisfied with my vehicle. At the end of the week I panicked and thought I had a problem with my speedometer. I called my salesperson Sergio and he called me right back. He told me to bring the vehicle back at my convenience and offered a loaner car just in case they kept my vehicle for an extended amount of time. Went in the next morning. Turns out my speedometer was set in kilometers instead of miles. Sergio always treats me with respect. Regardless, Sergio was there with reassurance and made me feel like I mattered. Napleton was not only great during the purchasing process but even afterwards. I highly recommend this dealership. They are all friendly and make you feel like you matter. I felt Sergio displayed honesty and integrity. More
