Now I’m a believer Let me start by saying I don’t normally write reviews, but the exceptional service I witnessed has prompted me to write this one. My company has purchased several vehicles from Ken including 3 ProMasters, to serve as delivery vans. Last week the transmission blew on one of the vans. We towed it to our local repairman.... $6,000 quote and two week wait. CUE KEN WALTER! We called Ken immediately, got the Van down to him at the dealership and he handled the rest. Ken had the van repaired and back to us in 4 days for nearly half the cost wIth a warranty. And if that wasn’t enough, Ken came to our facility and took our other 2 ProMasters down to the dealership for a tuneup. Ken and the service team had both Vans back to our location on the same day. Huge shoutout to Ken Walter and Andrew (service director) for going above and beyond for us. They saved us time, labor, and money. I could not have been more impressed. Ken and Andrew, thank you so much! More

HORRIBLE and failure to comply with advertisement I was very dissatisfied with the service at Napleton’s River Oaks. To support my claim of attempting to get resolution I wrote letters addressed to I was very dissatisfied with the service at Napleton’s River Oaks. To support my claim of attempting to get resolution I wrote letters addressed to Ray Czarnik, (the owner) over and over because I thought he would care and would want to know, due to his awesome speech on May 3rd, in the presence of at least 15 people. My complaints: Door handle broke, Oil light on by the third day, not being able to get a response from Jake, 4 hr. wait, failed communication system and more, that I expressed to Anthony before expressing to Ray on Aug. 31. Ray was extremely abusive and rude in his tone and not the least bit bothered by the poor service on May 3rd or my inconveniences. Ray was not the least bit thankful for me attempting to reach him to resolve my issues and making him aware of poor customer service and other issues. His speech directed customers to let him know of any problems!!! He became irritated and impatient He used intimidating words as well as intimidating body language. He displayed arrogant and self righteous behavior. He talked down and spoke disrespectful to me.Ray used abuse of power and intimidation. I agree many reviews seem fake and written by his people. I do not recommend the service department to anyone...I have documents to support my claims. I doubt very seriously that he actually responded to the previous reviews. More

Truly Amazing Salesperson One year after our purchase of a brand new Jeep compass latitude, Ken Walter drove all the way to Des Plaines after he was done working for the day to One year after our purchase of a brand new Jeep compass latitude, Ken Walter drove all the way to Des Plaines after he was done working for the day to pick up our jeep for an oil change service. He even lent us his personal car for the day so we would not be effected, saving us rental car costs as well as cost of gas driving to and from Des Plaines to Lansing, IL. The following night after work, he brought our car back to us. I am not aware of any other car salesperson that stays with a customer for a full year after a sale, offering continual help and support all along the way. How thoughtful and caring! Ken treats his customers like family. A rare quality in a human, unheard of for most salespeople. Ken is a purple squirrel, a true anomaly. We have never met another sales person like Ken Walter and we count ourselves very fortunate. Ken- you’ve earned a few lifetime customers. we’ll never buy from anyone else. THANK YOU!!! More

Amazing service experience! I am the mother of a 19 month old, and my husband works 6 days a week. My car needed service for an electrical issue, so I brought it in on a Monday m I am the mother of a 19 month old, and my husband works 6 days a week. My car needed service for an electrical issue, so I brought it in on a Monday morning with my son. After some time in the waiting area, my toddler was getting crazy and I knew it was time to go. I asked to rent a car and when handing over my license, they pointed out it was expired and I didn’t even know! I felt the tears coming as I was exhausted and stressed out from my child. Ken Walter came over and said take my personal car, get the baby home for a nap, and we will figure the rest out later. Him and the service guys helped me transfer the car seat too. As always above and beyond service. I will never go anywhere else! More

He suggested certain recommendations that my vehicle needed but was not pushy when I decided against rage recommendations at that time. I also spoke with Mr Anthony Smith, who remembered me from a previous visit. He checked on me during the time in which I waited for the services to be completed on my vehicle. Mr Smith also answered questions that I had about a couple of vehicles that I was interested in. Both if these gentlemen left a great impression on me which will definitely have me to return to this dealership. More

Cost me more money Warning to ladies. Do not go to Napleton Dodge of River Oaks. They will tell you that you need stuff that you don't, won't call your insurance to see Warning to ladies. They will tell you that you need stuff that you don't, won't call your insurance to see if it is covered so they can charge you, say they fixed the problem but really don't , will bribe you if you put up a bad review ( make sure you include names). Now you ask why am I saying these things ? I took my car there the first time Oct. 13th for a oil change, it was recommended that I get front brakes and rotors. They did inspection and oil change and front brakes. The paper says they replaced pads and resurfaced the rotors for $394.00. Not done. Went back on Nov. 12th That paper says they inspected (again but it was already in the system from Oct 12th). They replaced the front brakes, pads, rotors🤔 $394.00., replaced washer nozzle with hose $133.48, cleaned fuel injection & induction service $169.95. Now both of these services were covered under my insurance 🤑 but they didn't call the insurance company so of course I paid because I trusted them . January 29th I took the car cause now my coolant is leaking and was told I need a radiator by a good mechanic so back to Napleton's to get a radiator $ 692.69 and to let them know the washer nozzle they REPLACED I. Nov. was not working $0 ( another inspection🤔) now they say I need a motor mount 🤑 and bracket-torque reaction $217.89. Now this time I called the insurance to see if this was covered and guess what it was but the manager insisted it was not. This time I wrote a bad review about how they treat females different from males and my services that included that I needed a rental ( it was the day of Chicago's bad snow storm). I was told we do not have any loaners 😟 so I said "ok I can call Enterprise cause I don't have a way home", "we don't use a rental company" me " what car dealer doesn't use car rental companies "? I was not asked Ms. Rivers do you need a ride to somewhere or what can we do to accommodate you? I tried to speak to the manager about my car not being ready and I had to take my rental back but only got voicemail until I called the day to put up my car and I was at Enterprise and then the manager was found. I went home and put up my review. I received a call from the manager " I saw your review and it upset me your feel this way, we do not treat women differently . Because it makes us look bad and my manager will see it and if you take down the review I will pay your deductible . I took down the review went to pick up my car $0. My receipt says " Ok to pay per Chrysler Warranty ( because I called not Napleton's)All Mopar parts are guaranteed $867.23. Ok to waiver $100.00🤔 My advice to everyone don't take your car to Napleton's of River Oaks. Always take a male with you. If you have insurance first take your car to a honest mechanic (Life Time Auto) let them tell you what is wrong then take it to a honest dealership ( check the reviews and star ratings) then call your insurance for coverage. After they fix it go back to the mechanic. I am not at another dealer because I need a motor mount, washer nozzle had my front brakes replaced on Monday $310.00. Sound familiar? Yea these things were supposed to be done at Napleton's River Oaks. I have had to spend more money, time and risk my life form their incompetence, unprofessionalism, lies, difference in treatment ( discrimination) and not caring for people's safety. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR THERE LADIES AND MEN. My insurance is aware of this and so will BBB . #wrongwoman More
