This dealership is the absolute worst brought my car in for service to 2019 jeep Cherokee was told I’d have a loaner came and told twice I’d have a loaner brought it in then said I could not pick up the lo for service to 2019 jeep Cherokee was told I’d have a loaner came and told twice I’d have a loaner brought it in then said I could not pick up the loaner the worst experience of my life worst service department ever very rude the service manager directer was the worst never get an answer on the phone and then won’t give me my car back service advisor waited one hour and a half to bring my car back After not even looking at it Absolute dump I am calling jeep next my car is under warranty makes me think twice about buying a jeep again or Chrysler product for that matter More

Excellent Service My wife and i were returning home (St. Louis, MO) from vacation towing a travel trailer with a new ram 1500 last Saturday 6/20/2020 while driving on My wife and i were returning home (St. Louis, MO) from vacation towing a travel trailer with a new ram 1500 last Saturday 6/20/2020 while driving on highway 80 the check engine light and and message came on for accelerator error. This Ram dealer was at the next exit off highway. Service Manager Tom Walker, Lucas and technician Carlos were able to get the problem resolved and get us back on the road home in a little longer than an hour. Carlos took the time to explain what he had found. They were very friendly and understanding and went above and beyond in helping us get home. More

Waste of time. Go to another dodge dealership. The lady answering for customer service was a very rude, uneducated female. The SERVICE department is tacky and lazy AND COULD NOT CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR CAR IS answering for customer service was a very rude, uneducated female.
