I took my car to get serviced for the check engine light and not even a month later it was back on. I took it back and they said all I needed was an oil change. Not even a hour after leaving the lot the che and not even a month later it was back on. I took it back and they said all I needed was an oil change. Not even a hour after leaving the lot the check engine light was back on. (I really think they just cut the light off and didn’t even check it) so I took it back the next day and they kept it over night to tell me that it needs and oil cooler for $700. And the customer service is poor. The person they had over my case, I was told he takes 3 hour breaks and just disappear periodically during the day. I was sitting in the office for 5 hours before finally asking can I get an update on my care. They are terrible and I don’t recommend you get your car serviced here More

Making a decision about buying a vehicle is sometimes stressful depending upon the people who you encounter at the dealership. Luckily for me I've been fortunate to have worked with Cody Sasek in the past when it came to purchasing a new vehicle. So when I decided to buy a another vehicle I had my mind set that if Cody might not have been there that day I'd come back when he was. I already knew I was going to get one, but working with Cody and how he explained and answered all my questions when it came time to sign all the paperwork and if you've bought a new vehicle you know what I mean. So this time it was great knowing he had me taken care of plus I wanted extra Mopar coverage and he helped me with what I needed without any problems. I've purchased 3 vehicles from Napleton in the past and there's a reason why I keep coming back,, it's called piece of mind knowing that I've gotten not only the best price but the best personal service I could have asked for. If you are planning on purchasing a new vehicle for the first time or looking for that special one that you've been looking for, I would highly recommend Napleton River Oaks Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone. Service Advisor/Manager DENISE is the best. Denise is very passionate about her job, Napleton would get more 5 stars if employee Denise was Head/Lead Service Advisor she went beyond finding the problem w very passionate about her job, Napleton would get more 5 stars if employee Denise was Head/Lead Service Advisor she went beyond finding the problem with my tire. I was taking my truck in for this defective tire issue for 9 months And she found the issue and took care of the problem by replacing the defective tire and explaining what was wrong with the defective tire. And checked all the fluids with the Check point. Promote this employee!!!! More

Waiting about 2hrs for "paperwork" to be finalized. As I waited in the customer service waiting area, numerous customers walked in without a mask! Not to mention Napelton employees also walking around and going into customer vehicles without a mask! I was then furious! I asked to speak to the manager but seemed "too busy" manager "corrected" the situation but as soon as I go back on the floor I still see the same thing. My customer service rep Steven I would give him 1 star on customer service. I did file a complaint with the CDC in regards to this establishment not following state protocol! Walking around no mask, allowing customers to have no mask an having your employees with no mask going in and out of customers cars is ridiculous! There i picture evidence and video evidence I took. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH AND MENTAL SANITY AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! If any work is needed on your Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep please save yourself the headache of this unprofessional establishment. Bringing in my car for simple repairs if you would like to call it that. (key and hardtop replacement). It took about 2 weeks to get parts in for my car. The service advisor said once they come in he will give us a call to bring in the truck. Never did! I had to call parts and service and check in and long behold parts had arrived couple days ago. I literally need to call my service advisor for ETA of repairs. They do not call you or update you on repairs or repair time, updates etc. Super unprofessional. I will NOT come back to this establishment nor recommend this dealership to anyone! Save yourself the headache and drive down the road to a better dealership with better customer service. I dropped off my truck for these simple repairs Sunday. It is now Tuesday and yet to receive a a status update phone call. More
