Brought my van in 4 times to get an alignment and it is still off. Talked with the service manager who was going to call me but after 2 weeks this has not happened. Poor customer service within the service department and mechanics. Never return calls or give updates about car. Check engine light on with a code but they can’t find the problem so they turned off the lig mechanics. Never return calls or give updates about car. On April 5, I dropped my 2013 Dodge Durango off for some service repairs. The drop off went well with no issues. The Service person told me they probably wouldn't get to my vehicle until the next day. No i service repairs. The drop off went well with no issues. The Service person told me they probably wouldn't get to my vehicle until the next day. No issues. The next morning I was contacted by Brice via text telling me my vehicle was being looked at and they found some of the issues I had reported. I was told that the parts were not in stock and would be ordered for next week delivery. I was then told I could come pickup my vehicle and he would let me know when the parts came in so I could bring back for the repairs. When I went the pickup my vehicle they could not find my keys and it took them over 40minutes before finding them. I have yet to receive a call saying the parts are in or any kind of update. Do better Napleton team!!! More
