WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER Let's start from the beginning, my 2015 Dodge Dart was damaged at work, and I have taken my car here once previously to have a small scratch buffed ou Let's start from the beginning, my 2015 Dodge Dart was damaged at work, and I have taken my car here once previously to have a small scratch buffed out and the door panel repainted. That visit took 2 1/2 weeks, which is a more time than what is needed. The paint job looked nice though despite me having to wait as long as I did. I figured I would give them another shot to redeem themselves from this long turnaround event. Now I have had my car there for 3 MONTHS. All that was done or is being done to it is : front windshield replaced, back windshield replaced, sunroof replaced, front headlights replaced, back passenger door handle put back on, full car buff and paint job (body shop states it takes 3 1/2 weeks to complete this job but they are going to get it done in 2 1/2 weeks). Now, here's the kicker of the story. I have been told 5 different times that I will be able to pick up my car on a specific date and that I would be notified that it's ready to pick up, along with being told that I would get updates regularly about the status of my car. I have to constantly call almost daily to get updates on my car because apparently people there don't know how to communicate, manage employees nor shops that they utilize. I was also never notified that my front headlights were on back order and that they were waiting for them to arrive. Nor did anyone look into other dealerships to see if they had my headlights until I called and bugged them about my car. I personally know what it is like to manage people, and work with other shops and manage them as well because I am a front line supervisor for a large steel corporation. To have to wait this long for the jobs that are being done is completely rediculous! You should know in advance how long a job will take and you should follow through with that plan. Not change your mind everytime the deadline is up and say it is going to take longer. Because of all this frustration and hassle I have had to go through, I PROMISE YOU that I will NEVER go back to Napelton River Oaks Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. I will never promote this dealership. Nor will I ever say anything good about the Service Department's work ethic. Once Howard came into the Service department, things started getting communicated to me better, but then I haven't been able to get ahold of him ever since. I may have bought my car from this dealership, but that is where the line is drawn. For anyone who is looking to get service at this place, DO NOT GO! Trust me! It's not worth the hassle. More
