Up sold me on a tire rotation and rear diff fluid change. Only disappointment was they failed to point out I had a low beam headlight out....Which I knew before my appointment. More

AWFUL customer service! We had to bring in our pickup for a recall so we made an appointment for 10:00AM. When we arrived, Aric Taylor told us it would take "an hour and a ha We had to bring in our pickup for a recall so we made an appointment for 10:00AM. When we arrived, Aric Taylor told us it would take "an hour and a half" to complete the work. By 2:00PM it was STILL not done. It took them over FOUR HOURS to complete the work. After 2 hours in we asked them how long it would be until we got our truck back. Nobody knew. So we asked to speak to a manager. But the managers were always "in a meeting" or "with a customer." Because we had other appointments to keep, we asked for a loaner car until ours was done. They said "no." The customer service was absolutely atrocious. We will never go back to Napleton and highly recommend that everyone else avoids them, too. More

Customer service is horrible and they treat women like Horrible services department! Called and asked if they could change my break pads on my car and was told yes. Brought my car in several hours went pas Horrible services department! Called and asked if they could change my break pads on my car and was told yes. Brought my car in several hours went past before they told me they had to order parts and they were now working. I said fine can I get a shuttle to go and get something to eat. The young man shook his head no and shrugged his shoulders mouthing I can't. I walked to get a snack from a store down the street. I then had my first call at about 445pm stating that I need rotors as well should they go ahead with the work. Well I needed to have my car safe and driving so yes do the work. A few more hours went pass and now I have a service guy saying well we are working hard to fix your car I just found out that you've been here all day. Next at 730pm he is telling me I am here to give you a loaner. Confused where is my car? Well we ordered the wrong parts! Upset talked with the GM before leaving. Next day no phone calls or anything checked on my care twice, finally at 530 they called to say your car is ready. Get there and all my brake lights are on and won't go off. Gm comes out and says I want to make sure we fix it right so your going home in the loaner. 3rd day I called again to check on my car and was told we are working to find the problem. Later a call came in stating they have found the problem parts won't be in until the 4th day. We will call you then. They called when they received the part and once my care was fixed. However the damage had been done because of the horrible customer services on day 1 and 2. With the fact that staff lied and said they were communicating with me. Never in my 22 plus years of driving have I experience service like this. I believe they treat their women customers like crap and are not honest on top of that. More

My first experience here left my tailbone sore after waiting almost 5 hrs to get an oil change. The second time...everyone, except Jake my first service member, was overly rude. And the service received was subpar. The last visit, yesterday. They replaced my radio and dug in and scratched almost every every piece of trim the worker more than likely came in contact with. They tried to tell me he had no reason to even touch it so he didn't do it...hmmmm then why is my entire center counsel able to lift with one finger now?! Bad business More
