The most horrible customer service I have ever experienced! This includes the non responsive management, service attendant Stephen and manager Mark. The car as I write has been in there for a month, under factory warranty and still is not fixed! They do not return calls, they don’t ever have to worry about us buying dodge, jeep or even American! Next stop Better Business Bureau! They are an epic fail! More

He tells me he will call me once they know whats up . I said let me know asap so I can rent a car ( Mind you its there for the 3rd time for the same issue which is under warranty ) So at 9:30 am I leave now its 4:30 pm no call So I call in and Im told the Truck was ready at noon and the tech Ken left at 4 pm . I ask why no one called me and the response is HUH ? I don't know I come in and they charge me $200 bucks for Warrnty covered Items I call the service Manger Mark Szydo ? He is like sorry I will give you a free oil change ..Im like really for all this trouble . I came in and sat across from Mark he knows the trouble they put me through no apology ...So Napelton is now Nopelton Left many msgs to mangmnt no return calls Terrible dishonest dealership Buyer beware stay away from them trust me you will thank me later More

Alllll my girlies pls find another dealership where they don’t ignore women’s concerns.My jeep was making noise when I was breaking so I took it in for inspection. I was told breaks were good and the guy asked, “well how are you breaking”… not sure if it’s because I am a woman. Took my jeep in a THIRD time to have it inspected as the noise got worse and I was told I needed new rotors, break pads, hoses and calipers… HOW DO MY BREAKS GO FROM BEING FINE TO NOW NEEDING ALL THESE THINGS .. Not sure why it took 3 times for it be inspected for them to find the issue. Like who is working on these inspections and how is management not involved this is so dangerous. I decided to get service done for my breaks this past Friday and went to pick up my jeep Saturday. Just to add the cherry on top this dealership lost my key to my Jeep. I was not told anything until after waiting for 45 min in the lobby I got up and politely asked what was taking so long and then they told me. I thankfully had my spare and told them to call me when they found my key. It is now MONDAY 10 AM and I have not heard anything since. This dealership has no type of accountability for the TERRIBLE service they provide. Had they listened to me when I took my jeep in I would’ve probably not needed new rotors and break pads as I had switched them in October. I paid close to $1,000 in labor and parts and still had a HORRIBLE experience. I truly feel like they take women as a joke and are so dismissive to anything that is said. If I did not have a video to prove the noise my jeep was making they would’ve told me again breaks were fine. ONCE I GOT IN MY JEEP MY WINDSHIELD PHONE HOLDER WAS ALSO BROKEN. I tried to partner up with manager RICK and he no longer works there.. what is happening. THIS DEALERSHIP NEEDS TO DO BETTER TO ALLL CLIENTS BUT ALSO TO WOMEN. I’ve wasted so much time and have also taken off of work and this dealership truly does not value the time of their customers. More
Yesterday, I came in to fix a tire problem with my 2020 Jeep Cherokee, which I purchased from here. Few hours later, I drove off the lot with a brand new 2024 Grand Jeep Cherokee. I'm still in shock ! Edw Jeep Cherokee, which I purchased from here. Few hours later, I drove off the lot with a brand new 2024 Grand Jeep Cherokee. I'm still in shock ! Edward Sanders ( sales associate ) remembered, from my last visit, I wanted to upgrade to a Grand Cherokee with sunroof. At first, I was skeptical that I couldn't afford it. Along with Roberto, Conrad, and Edward Sanders, they found a way for me to drive my dream truck off the lot. I'm forever grateful. More
Worst experience EVER! ! Took my Jeep Wrangler in on 6/14 and never received a call. I had to call them on 6/17. My service person never called back. I was told he was too b ! I have a BMW, the drive train malfunction 2 message came across my screen of my car. I was told that it meant that my BMW warranty was about to expire. I looked at him like he was crazy. I told him that that was incorrect and if a warranty was about to expire, BMW would have called or sent a message in an email my car was there for approximately five days without being told anything and when I called to keep checking on my vehicle, I was put through different services a guy named Dawayne had me call back because he was supposed to be looking for me. A rental vehicle gave me his personal cell phone number told me to call back at four and did not even answer or reply back on the other hand my sales person. Justin was very nice and helpful. He did call me back after me constantly calling checking up because no one else thought enough to give me a call other than him. Good sales person overall. More

The district. manager of service, told me he ordered the parts to fix my car his name is Mark and another staff Heba. It's been over 3 weeks, no answer when I call them. Don't fall for the sub par work jobs, they know that there employees were scamming and using money for parts paid for going to Auto zone. Don't deal with con artists. I've filed a complaint with the Attorney General to investigate this dealership. More
