First timer I have just moved to the area and needed a tire fixed. I had coverage through my former dealership. Poor Follow Up After leaving service center, I left two phone messages with the advisor asking for him to call me because the car was still not running properly. I do not live close to the dealership and my schedule is tight so turning around and going back at that time was not an option. I am very disappointed in the lack of acknowledgment of my calls even if he had no clue as to what was going on with the car. It is poor customer service not to follow-up with a customer in a timely matter whether or not you have an answer. More

You pay for expertise I brought my car in to have an issue with my AC investigated and to see howuch they would charge for repairs. They were able to quickly diagnose my pr I brought my car in to have an issue with my AC investigated and to see howuch they would charge for repairs. They were able to quickly diagnose my problem and tell me exactly what was wrong and what components of the AC system are still OK. They then gave me a quote for the repairs - $1100 would be just for labor. I chose to repair my car myself now that I knew exactly what the problem was due to the high costs at the dealership. I also bought the parts from Delray Acura instead of Palm Beach Acura because Delray Acura charges significantly less for parts. I ended up paying $150 just for the diagnosis, which seems a bit high considering all they did was look at my car while it was on a lift. The service advisor I worked with, Niko, was awesome. He was exceedingly knowledgeable about every technical aspect of my car. More

Called again at 11:47 and left a voice mail on Service managers phone to please call me. Called again at 1:24 and was on hold for 13 minutes and then was told they were all busy again and to leave my number and they would call back. I said NO! and asked to be transferred to Terry the General manager and he did not answer so I left a message for someone to call me as my car will not start. It is now 2:31 and that is the kind of service they brag about on all there advertising. It appears that they think THAT is good service. All the awards this dealership has received is many years ago. You decide if you want to do business with them. More
