In all my years, I have never experienced a more unprofessional, rude dealership. I went into look at a car and dealt with someone who was condescending and simply did not want to even get up from h unprofessional, rude dealership. I went into look at a car and dealt with someone who was condescending and simply did not want to even get up from his chair much less answer any of my questions. I have a tight schedule due to my work, but was told i had to make an appointment. THERE WAS NO ONE BUT ME IN THE LOBBY! This sales rep was doing NOTHING but sitting there talking to another co-worker when I walked in the door. The guy could have helped me but refused to do so. I had to drive 45 minutes to get there. I asked the sales guy if we could discuss over the phone until I get in again, and he reluctantly typed my number in his phone. Never heard from him again. I called back a few days later to try to get the information and discuss business details over the phone, and was told again I had to make an appointment. When did anyone have to make an appointment to discuss the purchase of a car? All in all a bad experience and never even got to discuss the vehicle. I'll go somewhere else that's more accommodating. And after reading some of the reviews on here, I'm probably better off anyway. More
BUYER BEWARE! Watch out for all the fees not shown in their advertised prices. This is my second experience buying , actually trying to buy a car from Napelton. Today, my son and I went to Napleton Acu their advertised prices. This is my second experience buying , actually trying to buy a car from Napelton. Today, my son and I went to Napleton Acura after seeing a car on line. Based on my prior experience, we asked what are the hidden fees above the advertised price. We were told, “there’s no hidden fees but on average there are $3,000 to $4,000 added options such as ceramic coatings or VIP service that is above the advertised price on line”. We almost walked out immediately but the sales guy and manger said let’s see what you are looking at and see if these options are on that car. It took 45 minutes to even check if they had any RDX models in sock. They said they sell so fast we can’t keep up and our system doesn’t update when a car is sold. WELL, after the 45 min wait they said that they had 1 RDX in stock and yes it had the $3,000 added options that were NOT listed on the on line price. WE LEFT IMMEDIATELY and WILL NEVER EVEN CONSIDER a car from ANY NAPLETON dealership. Two separate similar rips off ARE enough. And to top it off, a lady overheard our conversation and asked about the extras . She said she was just told her car price was $10,000 MORE then she agreed to yesterday and had been waiting for 30 min. to try to talk to a manager. MY ADVISE, IF YOU SEE A PRICE ON LINE CALL AND ASK WHAT OTHER UNPUBLISHED EXPENSES ARE THERE BEFORE WASTING YOUR TIME. More

When I consider making a new car purchase, one thing that keeps our family coming back is their attention to detail, patience, and concern over our family's vehicle needs. We are so thankful for the Napleton team and will continue to make Napleton Palm Beach Acura our home for vehicle needs. In a world with so much uncertainty, knowing that we have a reliable company that we can ALWAYS rely on is something we cannot walk away from. If your family is looking for a place that CARES make them your home, I have referred family, friends, my formers students, and their families because I know they are in good hands. More
Worst dealership to ever visited due to the fact the salesman and everyone that work at this dealership are all liars. I came to this dealership in March to buy a car for my father which I was instructe salesman and everyone that work at this dealership are all liars. I came to this dealership in March to buy a car for my father which I was instructed by one of the manger to put the down a deposit to allow them to take the care off the internet. Which I did but they end up selling it without even asking me if I’m still interested or not but since March I haven’t received my $500 deposit and this is only place that I know that refunds takes up to 1 year to be refunded. Derek Brubaker continued to lied to me about my refund saying it was sent back to my card till now and I haven’t received anything. Only place a manager will tell someone that it was their fault to put down money on a vehicle they like and after signing documents on the the vehicle. All I want them to do is refund me my money or tell me that they won’t because at the end not the day I deserve to know. More

Prices are not what is advertised with those added LoJack and tint and ceramic coating and if you don’t have a trade in add 4k minimum to price not including taxes!!! Gene salesman very nice and kind his manager was a complete disappointment extremely rude very ill mannered and would use vulgar words and aggressive attitude after I said no deal because it was the wrong car!!! He was very nice and friendly at first! Got a great deal done than they did a bait and switch on the car with mileage even if it was a mistake in theirs system does not matter it’s the way the manager was so disrespectful More

Bait and switch, completely wasted my day. Look at the reviews this a common tactic from this dealership! I agreed paying listed price, plus 'dealer fees' I asked about specific trade in value and remo reviews this a common tactic from this dealership! I was told over and over again that they would take care of me since I was driving from almost 3 hours away, but in fact they wanted to give me less for my trade in than my local Acura dealer. After telling Al Shalaby that I won't take less than the local Acura dealer (14K) for my trade in, he said that OK we can move forward with 15K trade in value, then after being at the dealership for 4 hours they show me the final paperwork with 13K for trade in value! I had also requested additional dealer fees to be waved. They had 599 dealer fee, and a around 2500 "advantage fee" which I would not pay. The documentation fees, and tag fees etc are also very high. If you go there expect to pay 4-5K in additional hidden fees, plus your taxes from this unethical dealership. 2-4K more than agreed upon may not be a huge amount, but I won't deal with unethical people.
