My initial interaction with this dealer left much to be desired. I was informed that they would only show the vehicles by appointment. Being out of state I asked for a virtual appointment to see the vehicl desired. I was informed that they would only show the vehicles by appointment. Being out of state I asked for a virtual appointment to see the vehicle and was told they did not do that. A week later I saw that the price of the vehicle I was interested in dropped several thousand dollars and I decided to pursue it again. I submitted a request to get my car appraised and contacted them because the number I got was good. I went as far as making an appointment. Shortly after that I got a call from the dealership that because I was from out state they wanted to make sure we could make a deal so as to not waste anyones time. I was happy this far as it was a much better experience than last time. So we get the process going, I give them my trade info and they say they are getting back to me. When they did get back to me, and to my surprise, the price of the vehicle had been changed on the site to be several thousand more than what I had seen before I contacted them less than an hour ago. Who does that? That was the first issue, really it was the end for me there but it kept going. The offered an insulting amount for my trade with the excuse that I was getting tax saving. And to top the trade off, the trade assistance they advertised is built into the price they advertise on cars. If you don’t have a trade, the car is $1000 more. They also added a few thousand dollars in upgrades they had done to the vehicle and that I had to pay for since they had already done them. After I asked my questions the sales person said he would call me back. When they did I got just excuses for the price change, which did not make up for the fact that they changed as soon as they knew I was interested. Cars.com still had the price I saw, in fact I had been notified over night of the price drop. I had verified it on their site too before I called. So they changed it as they were crunching the numbers to try and screw me over. Back to the call, as I was talking to the sales guy the manager was over his shoulder shouting that I was getting a great deal and that the price of the car is the price of the car now. I politely told them thank you and walked away. I should have just listened to the other reviews. I don’t see how this place is still open. I feel terrible for those that walk in there and are pressured to buy something as they were trying with me. It just felt like a very hostile environment. The dishonesty was the worst though. Never in my life had anyone done what they did with the price. And guess what, after I walked away the price of the vehicle went down to what it was before I showed interest in it. My advise is to be very careful and read everything they give you if you are doing business with them. Watch out for hidden fees and price changes. Screenshot the price before you even contact them to have a record of it as I had done. Honestly, I don’t see why anyone would buy from them, but maybe they are better to locals. More

Chris Lynch advised us to bring the vehicle back of which we did. You all have been in possession of the vehicle since after several time we had been informed that the part was on back order that was ordered on Nov. 16, 2021 only to be told that the part would not be in until 1/23/2022 so we where patient. I have text messages and correspondence with the dealership regarding this issue. I have been to the dealership several time since to check due to misinformation provided by your front desk. I also came in because the loaner we received 3 week after being without the vehicle back tires keeps going flat and the engine light is on. On today 1/19/2022 I came in check because the lady at the front desk stated that service was denied by sales. They informed me that they closed the service on 12/22/2021 after I had been there since then and Vinnie told me that the part was still to arrive on 1/23/2021 when I came in today, I was told sales denied the work and then denied to approve it after they had sent back the part that was in Miami.... wasn't in fact on back order. They even took the vehicle to Mercedes according to our tracker due to see if they had the part. Between the miscommunication and the lack of service with your establishment we are very much disappointed and are considering seeking legal advice however we would like to attempt to have this issue resolved in house as we had traded in another vehicle at the time of sale. Please understand that we have exhausted every effort to have this issue resolved with your dealership I have text messages, call longs and invoice orders of the issues that have transpired with this vehicle. There appears to be an issue between Sale and Service where there is a lack of communication. When I came in today they where unable to provide me with a newly opened invoiced work order. We need you attention to this issues as soon as possible. More

They refused because they would only finance through themselves to get the kick back from the lender they shop it out too. Buyers beware this is how the dealerships screw you! Go visit your local Credit union or bank to finance before walking into a dealership. Rate through credit union is 1.54%, the dealerships rate would have been over 4%. Sales Manager Chris Henderson is a JOKE and actually laughed in my sons face and refused to make a call to his credit union where the financing was already completed through. More
