SERVICE DEPARTMENT needs help My car will not start. Battery voltage is good 12.1V and lights bright. I called the service dept at 11:06am Tuesday and they were all to busy and I gave my number for them to call back. Called again at 11:47 and left a voice mail on Service managers phone to please call me. Called again at 1:24 and was on hold for 13 minutes and then was told they were all busy again and to leave my number and they would call back. I said NO! and asked to be transferred to Terry the General manager and he did not answer so I left a message for someone to call me as my car will not start. It is now 2:31 and that is the kind of service they brag about on all there advertising. It appears that they think THAT is good service. All the awards this dealership has received is many years ago. You decide if you want to do business with them. More
Unexpected leasing savings I had a leased (first time I had ever leased, up to then I had always bought) 2012 Acura TSX that had 5 months to go when I turned it in for a 2015 TL I had a leased (first time I had ever leased, up to then I had always bought) 2012 Acura TSX that had 5 months to go when I turned it in for a 2015 TLX. I wanted to increase the annual mileage from 10,000 to 12,000 and the papers were drawn up and signed. But, as I was about to leave, the Napleton salesman told me that I had almost 6,000 unused miles left over from my prior lease and that they would redo the lease for 10,000 and give me the unused mileage and save me over $1,000 from the original deal. What an unexpected windfall." I just assumed that it was use it or lose it! The next week, I received a check for Napleton for $110 for unused services from my prior lease! I mentioned this to several of my friends who had leases from other dealers and that said that they had NEVER heard of this before. They to thought use it or lose it! Needless too say, I am a happy customer!!! More
USED CARS PUT ON LOT WITHOUT SAFETY CHECK We recently bought a used vehicle from these people. The car drove like a dream but needed some minor things fixed. The GM was very kind and took the car back to fix the problems only to return it with more problems that did not exist. After 3.5 weeks of being stuck in service bay, we got the car back with a new rattle under the car. Nobody will return our call without a threat but at this point, we will NEVER bring that car to them again. Isn't a tail light out part of a Safety Check? Next time we'll stick with CARMAX. More
