Awesome Everyone I dealt with was FANTASTIC!! When I went to Acura that day I had NO intention of leasing a new car!! I went in to have my brakes fixed and Everyone I dealt with was FANTASTIC!! When I went to Acura that day I had NO intention of leasing a new car!! I went in to have my brakes fixed and Niko Vitureira, as always, was there to help me out (I always go to Napleton because of Nikos great service!). While I was waiting for my brakes, Mark Gawerecki was in the showroom and answered questions I had about leasing. In less than an hour I was signing papers to lease my first car and couldn't be happier. Mark was so accommodating and made the entire transaction super easy (he even came into the showroom from home to help me sign papers to transfer my title!!). I rarely had to wait, however when I was, Irwin Baker was there with his friendly smile and willing to chat and answer any questions I had. Nelson Adams was absolutely amazing. He spent so much time explaining all of the technology in the car and was so patient, making sure I understood everything. Nelson is such a kind and authentic man and Acura is sooo lucky to have him. Oh, and Bob Orlando overheard something I said and made a special effort to provide me with valuable information. More

We had two cars affected by this recall which could have resulted in a very bad situation. Instead he helped us out tremendously, took us out of the cars and put us into two brand new ones without raising our out of pocket one cent. We are very grateful for that and also to the nice gentleman Guy who is now our salesman moving forward. Thank you Napleton for having these guys. Most of all thank you for keeping us safe. More
Took all day We came in to look at a TLX we had seen on the internet. The sales person Irwin Baker was excellent, however the first manager that came over (I think We came in to look at a TLX we had seen on the internet. The sales person Irwin Baker was excellent, however the first manager that came over (I think his name is Michael) was awful - totally unprofessional and an example of the reason no one wants to go to car dealers. There were a number of circumstances that led to the long day (7 hours) such as the finance manager went home sick and the power went out, but it was still a long day. We were pleased with the second manager who helped with the financing and the "tech" guy Nelson who assisted with lessons on the technology on this car. I bought my first Acura here in 2005 and thought the dealership looked a bit shabby from what I remember. They could use a overall attitude lift too. More

Your service rep guides you to the waiting area and then your rep takes over. When your car is completed (including being washed and vacuumed) the service rep meets you and explains the complete service. While waiting, the service rep stops by to update you on the time until done. This is luxury service befitting an Acura automobile. More
