They were able to quickly diagnose my problem and tell me exactly what was wrong and what components of the AC system are still OK. They then gave me a quote for the repairs - $1100 would be just for labor. I chose to repair my car myself now that I knew exactly what the problem was due to the high costs at the dealership. I also bought the parts from Delray Acura instead of Palm Beach Acura because Delray Acura charges significantly less for parts. I ended up paying $150 just for the diagnosis, which seems a bit high considering all they did was look at my car while it was on a lift. The service advisor I worked with, Niko, was awesome. He was exceedingly knowledgeable about every technical aspect of my car. More

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE We purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. We drove it less than 50 miles and a warning light came on "Service Suspension System". We took it to our trusted mechanic and were told that the dealership had reset the code so that the warning light would go off and then come back on after being driven so many miles. We called the dealership and asked them to fix the problem. I am a mother with 2 small children and do not feel comfortable driving them around in a vehicle with such problem. They were very rude and would do nothing they said. We ended up returning the car. More

M.J was the gentleman who took care of me when I called and then showed to pick up Vehicle. He was knowledgeable, professional; thoroughly went over the pricing, payments and processes as well as some of the features of the car to me. He honored every single promise that was made including the returning of my leased Lexus. He made what could have been a trying experience, an extremely pleasant one. Nelson, with his awesome knowledge of the wonderful features of the car, gave me almost an hour long tutorial. Don't hesitate to purchase/lease a car from Napleton's. Additionally there were couple pre installed accessories when the vehicle arrived which could have changed the deal and not once did they try. Matter of fact they pointed out a defect in the bumber clear gaurd and setup an appointment gor me in service to replace it. More

If you have a problem they won't speak to you ! Stay away! Unless it benefits them they will not return your call or email- STAY AWAY!!. I should have known when I called service with my previous MDX with a warranty issue and they never called back. If you want to buy a car I bet they'll call ! Now I buy a brand new MDX and no one will call me back !! I have left a message for Dave Marshall the service manger and he will not call back. I sent an email to the sales rep who said he would have management call me. NO CALL back!!! Delivery of the car was an embarrassment : 1. White protective plastic stuck in the front and rear bumper. 2. They scratched the bumper trying to remove it and had to paint my bumper - they assure me this will not devalue my car ... Let's hope .. 3. Roof had some sort of adhesive on it. 4. Interior still had multiple protective coverings on it. 5. There were some caps in my cup holder the delivery guy said need to be on the under carriage ??!! 6. What appears to be a patched hole in the leather (although I can't get a call back to make a service appt to confirm). To add to this the new 9 speed transmission does not drive good . Go to Edmunds and read several reviews of how the 2016 transmission is rough at low speeds and is not a smooth transmission. Wow What a disappointment!!. Do yourself a favor and find another place to buy a car. More
